My room did not have cold water in both the shower and sink.

The property was filthy. We had three different rooms because the first room the door could not be locked. Second room there was a air conditioning leak. Third room the shower was moldy. The pool area was nasty. Pictures are deceiving.

Looks good, was clean, the staff where nice, and it was easy to find

The carpet on the fourth floor was filthy. Not dirty. Filthy. There were large stains from food and drinks. Carpet definitely had not been cleaned in months or years. It was very very nasty . Hotel is starting to look like a cheap worn hotel . Furniture is old and worn down in room. Only lobby looks decent

Clean room, friendly staff,

When I booked I told them I was in a wheelchair but was given the furthest room down the long hall. Also the beds were way to high. I need help getting into bed and it became a real chore to get lifted that high. Also once in the bed it was so hard I couldn’t stay asleep due to the pain on my hips. Great pillows though.

Pool picture was very deceiving. Looked big and clean in the picture but was very small. Pool floor was broken up and dirty. Mold could be seen on the wall by the pool and pieces of it missing. One of the bedsheets had a stain on it and had an odor to it. Should have said something about it but it was late by the time we noticed it and just decided to go to bed.

Loved the bed! The sheets were very clean! I absolutely loved the walkway inside the room so we can take our shoes off.

Other peoples hair in the shower and in the towels. Sink was so clogged we couldn't wash our hands without having the wait 10 min after for sink the slowly drain. Shower has browns/yellow stains, different hairs, and water stains. The room was so unbearably cold that it caused my allergies to worsen in the cold. !!YOU CANT TURN OFF OR CHANGE AC, IT'S LOCKED!! The wifi was questionable, we couldn't watch more than a few episodes until it constantly force closes the Hulu app on the tv and goes to Spanish channels.

Well, I'm not one to complain, but my room was very dirty. The walls look like they have been sprayed with something and had stains. The carpet was still dirty, found some koozies and even a pair of shoes still in the room, the ac filters were extremely dirty at night, and it seemed like someone was smoking pot on our floor I should of complained about a gentleman I kept having trouble with on the elevator but I just kept blowing him off but the cops were called on him that same night other than those few problems every thing was good.

Only thing we liked was the good location near everything and directly across the street from cheapest gas in the city.

Upon arrival, we get to our floor and it smelled like baby poop, disgusting and non stop. It was humid/warm. Carpets had stains and rips, elevators out of order and beat up. Get to our room and my husband goes to use the restroom and pulls up the toilet seat and there is feces and urine and pubic hair all underneath the seat and on rim of toilet. Disgusting! Called the front desk and told us they didn't have anyone available to clean it but offered us another room. We had already unpacked and I cleaned everything with clorox wipes so we decided to stay in room. Went to bed and found a bug it was dead. When we arrived the staff told us they only come clean the room every 4th day and if you want towels they need to be requested each time. There were no wash cloths in the room and only 2 towels (we were staying for 4 nights and 5 days. On the 4th night we came back to our room and our bed was made so we realized housekeeping had been in there however we didn't get any new towels and the dirty ones we left on floor near door were left there and never removed. Our bed when we arrived only had 2 very flat pillows so we needed to ask for more. The second night we were there we went to the pool and first of all it's very small. Loaded with kids so you had no choice but to get spashed since there was no room. Our eyes were burning the whole time because the amount of chemicals. Went to the hot tub that they have and it wasn't working but no sign saying that. It was cold and the jets worked for about 10 seconds every 30 seconds. The walls inside the pool area were all rusting and the tile falling apart desperately needing to be renovated. This hotel does not deserve the great reviews it has for cleanliness and the staff isn't very helpful when guests encounter an issue. We will not be staying here again.

We had to wait an hour to check in because they had NO clean rooms and said that was because only 2 housekeepers showed up for work. Also, the hallway carpet was filthy and had a slight odor.

My bed was comfortable!

Breakfast was too short.
