We chose to stay here instead of a hotel which was the best decision. They had plenty of room to play, swim and just enjoy our time at the house and it was perfectly located so we go back and forth for her competition.

We loved the house we rented it was just what we needed for our Family get away we hope to be able to all get together again soon

Need more fans, I don’t think the AC works great. Temp was at 74 and there is only 1 fan in the entire house so it was a little hot. That was the only issue. Thank you

Great place to stay!

Ants everywhere, over 100 bug bites caused by possible Chiggers in our room. Miserable week with intense itching. Feel like I should’ve been reimbursed more for the hassle. Ended up going to the dr to be treated for the bites when they worsened 7 days in. Dr visit and 4 medications later...probably won’t ever stay again.

Very close to parks, clean and very quiet .. Nice house with plenty of room .

Great location generally clean, but bugs and lizards inside the house. The bathrooms had mildew and grime. Pool had a grid on the bottom that was off creating an entrapment feature and having to pay extra for the use of the bubble feature was excessive. At the end of the day it was clean enough for sleeping, eating, and gathering, and you can't beat the location and cost.

i have to say that our last experience was great! very clean , things were in order, pleasant people to deal with, and just an very plesant experience. The December, 2016 stay was quite the oppisite. the day before check in i received a frantuc almost desperate call from a woman saying we did not return a registration form. i have no idea what she was talking about and said if it was that important she should have contacted me earlier as she said she sent it out nov 23. wow. talk about putting us in a panic mode as we were altready traveling in florida. i had all my money paid and called avout that. there was no mention of another form. We also had the lock box code in the app I loaded on my phone and the address so what was this form. Next we arrive after picking up some groceries and I decided to have a glass of milk. At the last sip there was ashes and looked like someone had put out a cigarette in the glass. I about threw up. We then became very cautious about other dishes and silverware. We also purchas

The house was great very spacious for 3 families...we enjoyed it to the fullest....only problem was the TVs in the bedrooms only got like 1 channel and didn’t get loud enough to hear

It was so easy and convenient for all of us. The place was perfect for the kids and the pool was an added bonus for us all. If there was anything negative it would be the sticking doors and lack of overhead lights...otherwise, GREAT!

We rented this property for a Disney trip and the stay was marvelous. Communication with the property management was top notch and the house was amazing. Clean and well cared for, we really enjoyed our stay. Packing a couple of trash bags will save you from having to buy an entire box, but you'll probably end up going to Wal-mart (located nearby) for tissue paper and groceries anyway. Conveniently located close to all of the parks and attractions, we even made a couple of day trips to Canaveral and Cocoa Beach (only an hour away). Check-in and check-out was seamless and communication was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

Overall it was average at best.... There are some things that are not quite as advertised. The pool table is completely busted, there is duct tape on the busted rails. Basically it’s not useable. Also, there is no grill. I found a small individual size charcoal grill that was very dirty and you can’t really cook a meal for a 5 bedroom house on that size grill. The kitchen pots and pans are very poor quality. Overall it wasn’t a show stopper but for the price there are plenty other houses that may not have the same issues.

Location, location, location! This is a nicely furnished house with a private pool, within 15 minutes from every Disney park and 30 minutes from the airport. All-in-all we were very happy with the house and would stay here again. That being said, some of the appliances need minor maintenance (the diswasher worked but the door was fragile; the water feature in the refrigerator did not work, the garbage disposal did not work). The house temperature was set to 74 which was too warm to sleep. We called the number and they came within 24 hours to switch it to 72.

This was a great location for our trip to Disney. Plenty of room and a great floor plan. Everything was clean. Lots of towels and pool toys. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen supplies were somewhat limited so plan accordingly. My only struggle was the internet. We rebooted it multiple times and sparsely got it to work. I think this is a known issue because there was a note they would come out and work on it if we couldn't get it to reset. I would recommend it.

The house was beautiful. My family loved the pool and all the space in the home. We would definently stay again.

We stayed here for our yearly trip to Universal's Halloween Horror Nights. We also made a trip to Epcot during our time in Orlando. The house and location were great, 10 minutes to Epcot and 20 to Universal. We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated, which was a great addition to the house. We were in the pool every night after being at the parks. The house fit all 12 of us comfortably and had plenty of towels and linens. My only complaints is that there wasn't a "welcome binder" at the property, so I had to contact the property managers about disposing of trash, if street parking was allowed, etc. Overall, great place to stay and would definitely return/recommend to others.
