Ich habe jeden Tag mein Frühstück auf Wunsch auf mein Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en de keuze van ontbijt was ook wel goed. Het uitzicht wat we hadden en de locatie is prima.

Helaas was het er niet altijd zo proper. Tijdens het ontbijt lag er hier en daar eten op de grond. Dat bleef er dan ook de hele tijd liggen. Onder ons tafel was er langs één kant precies een bom ontploft van etensresten. Ook werkte de lift naar de parking meer niet dan wel. Nadat ze herstelt was duurde het niet lang en de lift was al terug kapot. Ons bidé was vanaf begin al kapot. Niet zo een ramp maar toch jammer. De badjassen op de kamer hebben we niet gevonden. Zo stond het toch in de omschrijving. Het verluchtingssysteem is toch maar iets lastig. Je bent opgesloten en kan dus nergens een klein raam of iets van verluchting open zetten. Het maakt ook behoorlijk wat lawaai. Je kan het afzetten maar dan is het precies te warm hier. Wij hadden ons eigen drinken op de kamer. De blikjes hadden we opzij gezet wegens statiegeld. Toen de poetsvrouw was geweest waren deze weg. Maar hebben ze wel terug kunnen vragen. Want heel eerlijk dat is geld. Wat ze niet zomaar mogen meenemen. Sleutelsysteem werkte vaak plots niet dus moesten we vaker terug naar het onthaal. Erg vervelend op den duur

The rooms were amazing. Spacious, clean and modern. The room had all needed facilities and we were very impressed.

The location was out of the city centre but easily accessible by hired scooter or bike.

no ventelation, no window , only few tv chanels and they did not respond when i complained , net and phone signal were poor , bad experience with cleaning staff who broke my friend bag and stole some money , the hotel managment reaction over this insident was vey poor

The hotel smelled very nice, it was also very clean and was a great value for money. The staff were also very helpful and provided us with an iron when asked.

Nice decoration, location is 20 mins walking from the center.

Finding parking is not easy. Air conditioner was making a lot of noise all night; was not possible to switch off. A bit expensive for the value vs quality.

The staff was very friendly &helpful specially Issam .He provided all extra information related to touristic place to visit .I really enjoyed their flexibility to listen to the need the customer .Breakfast very varied and excellente. My kids were happy 😊 as they found all what they needed:)

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel is very pet friendly and the extras in the room for pets were amazing.
