Die Nähe zur Uni

Es werden extra Gebühren erhoben, wenn man nach 20 Uhr eintrifft, es war dunkel und verwinkelt, es fehlten Hinweise sich im Eingang zurecht zu finden, das Zimmer war vor der Flurtür, sehr laut, alle Nachbarn zu hören, die Lüftung im Bad war so wie eine Flugzeuturbine, Decken zu dünn...

Das es kein Frühstück gab, war bekannt. Allerdings gibt es auch keinen Bäcker in der Nähe. Des weiteren lösst sich die Steckdose im Bad für den Fön; hängt nur noch am Kabel... Betten unter aller Kanone; verdammt alte Matratzen? Es soll eine Bar geben - war vielleicht mal so....

Personal, Zimmer, Lage, Preis, alles super. 10 Minuten von den Uni-Kliniken entfernt. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen

Für Reisende mit viel Gepäck oder nicht gut zu Fuß ist das Hotel leider nicht so ideal. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.

Si llegas más tarde de las 20 h. no hay recepción en el hotel.

No me gustó el tener que contactar por teléfono, para decirte la clave de la casilla, para obtener las llaves.

Cleanliness. Good access to tram stop. Quiet residential area.

Price (single room at £154 per night double at £218). No fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities and no toiletries. Bed was soft and the pillow was a big case with a light weight duvet stuffed in. No hotel facilities, no breakfast or any dining facilities and no bar or lounge. Reception only staffed occasionally and reception area locked when unattended.

This is not a hotel - there is nothing to be liked. I wonder why you have it in your offer. Absolutely disappointing, especially for the money you pay!!!No one there, only in the afternoon. The bathroom is a shoebox, curtains are too thin, do not darken the room, cigarette wholes in the bed linen, etc etc. I can send you photos
