Pool could be cleaner water clearer

The concept of room was nice, the pool is quiet reasonably sized.

The surrounding was not clean enough, eg. the grass near the building was overgrown which attracted a lot of mosquitos, major issue was that the beds are infested with bed bugs thus we had a unpleasant stay. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Other guests in the room next to ours were playing loud music and making too much noise during the night. They were local boys who were probably drinking alcohol.

I had actually booked on behalf of my parents who arrived into Nadi in the wee early hours of the morning. From what I gathered their checking in was seamless. The facilities and staff were beyond great and they really enjoyed their experience. They are definitely returning to Grand West Villa and most definitely, I will too.

I guess the only issue was the internet but other than that, everything was ok.

The floor in the whole apartment was not swept. The bathroom floor was especially bad along with rubbish left on the counter top and in the shower. There were no towels. When I phoned reception I was told towels will be brought later in the afternoon by laundry staff. I asked staff to order me a cab for early the following morning yet it didn't appear (was it ordered??)

the landscape was very nice loved the AC loved our privacy . no one came in the room which we appreciated. chef was very nice and made lovely fish and chips and also cut our fruits which we got at the markets.

the rooms need a renovation. the shower was blocked there wasn’t enough pillows or blankets for 3 people which was mentioned in the reservation . staff were nice but not very accommodating. took 2 hours to get an extra blanket, and this isn’t me exaggerating.

Breakfast was incredible, service was timely

The television was vintage, I had brought my PS4 to play some games unfortunately the television did not have a HDMI input.

The pool was great, the staff were lovely, there were some great restaurants within five minutes walk. the location was handy to the airport. The cafe had good, cheap breakfast and lunch.

The room was quite run down and a bit grotty. The aircon was only in the double room and blasted straight onto the bed but struggled to reach anywhere else. The airport noise was very loud when planes landed and took off but this wasn’t too frequent.

Breakfast is OK.

If the staff could have been fare with sharing of towels. We paid 8 adults but only have 6 towels. 8 adults paid for, and 6 kids. The beds were only enough for 8 adults.

Location was ok close enough to walk to supermarket, beach and other hotel restaurants. Swimming pool was great, beds were good, heat pumps in the bedrooms. Trying to get internet was hard, staff were not helpful for first 3 days but finally a staff member gave us the password, so was able to use at the foyer. Was also nice to be in a hotel used mostly by locals who were very friendly.

Rooms are very tired looking, maybe some white paint would help, no plug in the kitchen sink or ensuite. There was no service of the room unless we asked.

in the photos this place looks great, but what you see, you do not get.. The restaurant closed at 2pm.. Had to do a 10 minute walk to get a evening meal.
