Friendliness

Facility workmanship and quality. Bathroom door, hot water system and tea/coffee making facilities could have been better and available. Better directions or signage to find the place particularly at the main junction from Queens Rd.

Large comfortable bed and a quiet night. Cook & helpers friendly.

Lighting suitable for reading in the bedroom would have helped us, as nothing to do & really nowhere to go. We would have liked to have somewhere to sit & watch TV. Definitely couldn't have walked to the airport with a suitcase with wheels - backpack would probably be OK.

Wouldn't let us leave our luggage for a few hours before our flight to allow us to explore Nadi. Acted as if this was a completely unheard of suggestion then said 'You can pay $20 so you take some responsibility for it'. I've never had a hotel refuse to look after a bag on check out day before. They were 2 medium sized rucksacks. Would much rather have spent $20 more on a room at a nice hotel where they of course would look after your luggage!

Room was not clean Hairs everywhere on the floor and spider webs - Looked like the room wasn't in use for months Bathroom door doesn't close properly - Need to lift the door and push only then you can close it Hot water available only at night and not in the morning and it's not hot water. It's just luke warm water Just 2 towels were there in the room - No blanket, No soap or toothpaste. Expected to have atleast a tiny little soap bar or paste but literally nothing onsite Bathroom taps were broken and if you tight hard it comes out with your hand Biggest drawback was the wifi - Being a traveller I would prefer to have a free wifi onsite to look for places and do bookings. On amenities it says they have wifi onsite but there was no wifi onsite, when enquired they said it's raining hence wifi doesn't work. Moreover the staff asked to sit in the dining area to use the wifi as the wifi range does not cover in your room(even if it wasn't raining). Though the onsite staff shared his personal mobile hotspot in the dining area, I would prefer to have wifi in my room to sit in comfort after a long flight travel I wouldn't go there again Rather I pay $20 extra and have a peaceful stay
