Close to beach, nice roomy bungalow and friendly staff. Good Cafe on the beach and relaxing location.

Some areas a little smelly. Pool is small and can only have a few people swim. Need fans in cafe as gets hot in morning sun.

Breakfast is good- a main set can be chosen from the list, with variety of local and international menus, also a bar of bread, fruit and drink on your own serve. It's a old hotel but very clean. Beach front is also nice but we didn't have time to enjoy as it's too hot during our stay.

The room is clean but less ventilation makes you not feel "fresh" .

Hotel is just by the sea! The beach is beautiful and almost empty before afternoon. I loved the experience. The stuff was very nice! Also the restaurant is very good. I recommend to everyone!

it’s too old and poor maintenance. shower room is old and A/C is too noisy and blow to the wrong direction it makes the bed area too hot to sleep. The curtain is very poor and dirty the light from the outside can come through so the room is too bright too sleep in the night time and the noise pollution from the people walking pass by from the people visiting the coffee shop by the beach since 7.00 am in the morning and the coffee shop staff starts to work very early so no chance you can sleep neither night time and waking up late. and on Fri and Sat night you can hear the music from the restaurant next door very loud since 9.00 pm continuing all night. it’s such a nightmare for us and we would not go back there again. before it was peace and quiet place. nice room by the beach that’s why we go back there this time. The staff is not friendly and not helpful….very poor service. it’s not worth for 4,000 baht/night for the beach front cottage.

I loved the location as it is right on the beach. The rooms are nice and big and very clean. They gave us 2 water bottles per day which is wonderful. The restaurant is located right in the beach with a beautiful view. The receptionists are so nice and helpful.

They marked up the price during Songkran holiday.

The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The position was right on the beach, which was sandy and very good for swimming, having no rocks in the sea. Breakfast was really nice with a choice of cereal, fruit, croissants, and juices. There were several options of a cooked breakfast, including European and Asian. I had omelette every day because it was cooked to perfection. The resort was near to a huge shopping outlet and market.

The only thing I can mention was that the mattress was too hard for me. It might be fine for anyone else. I asked if I could have a mattress topper, and this was done.

Location was fantastic. Pity about all the Asian tourists coming in with their dogs. Stay at your own hotel and use your own facilities

The poor sick mangy cat. It needs to see a vet. All the other cats were in perfect health. It was heartbreaking to see it everyday. We gave it food. It was so sick

Excellent location and very friendly / helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Lots of space to sunbathe - beach, beside the pool and just above the pool. Beach towels provided and there was a hut on the beach ( I believe hotel owned). When I forgot, I was just given one to use which was nice. My mate and I both had a very nice little meal one evening, sitting just outside the breakfast room.

My bed was made of 2 beds pushed together - large but with a ridge up the middle. Mattress was rather thin and hard for my old bones. The rooms haven't changed since my stay pre C19 and could do with a little updating now.

Great location and wonderful staff. The food in the restaurant by the beach was great. It was so good to sit by the ocean and eat.

The room was a little small, but we were mostly out doing things so it didn't matter.

the location of the property is excellent with it having direct access to Hua-Hin beach. The restaurant over looks the beach wear you can have a drink and people watch.

The only negative we had was the shower in our Garden Bungalow! The water pressure would pulse meaning the water heater for the hot water would cut in and out. Most annoying, one thing we do expect is a good shower in our accommodation. Brought it the the attention of the staff who told us this was normal! Not what we’d expect.

We stayed in a garden villa and 2 studios. The rooms were clean and functional. The garden is serene. The property is on the beach, so access to the it is never an issue. The staff is generally polite and helpful.

The breakfast has limited options for vegetarian and halal. The restaurant staff barely speak English,so trying to request specific requirements was difficult, so we just had eggs and bread through the 4 breakfasts. Another point is the only have coffee from the Nescafé machine. I bought cappuccinos from the stall next door.

incredible location, nice roomy villa on the beachfront. wished we had stayed longer, great spot for sunrise and sunsets too. glad the cafe and beach bar closed at 4pm so less people around in evenings

the service was really good and staff did everything they could to assist me.

all the rooms are stinking of moisture and I had a headache due to that. I was unable to cancel the booking or reach anyone whom could help me.
