the restaurant was not open in the evening.

location is great not far from DMK airport and it locates in the same building of the shopping mall. There is also flea market outside in the evening, so it is very convenience for find food.

I booked the Executive Room but the room I get it was only superiors room. The parking area is up to the fifth floor which is quite long driving distance to the parking space.

Bathroom that has to stand to shower in a small bathtub. When you don't want to take a bath. Bed that moves around make me dizzy The air conditioner is very loud.

The hotel upgrade all my rooms to executive. Excellent service.

I arrive very late, pass midnight 1 am. I try to purchase breakfast voucher but the front desk refuse to sell. So I have to purchase at the restaurant but the restaurant staff is too busy and cannot communicate in English. But the next morning I try to purchase the 2nd day breakfast, they allowed us to purchase as their policy states that I cannot purchase after I had check in. Overall still ok with the service.

Said there was a restaurant but it was closed ☹️ one of the reasons for booking it

Lighting in the room, Shower, and most importantly internet connection. I faced a lot of issues using the hotel internet. Phone signal was week so it was difficult to use 4G internet from phone as well.

The hotel plumbing is too old. and when taking shower, it is almost impossible to adjust the water temperature.

how clean it was. the staff was so helpful and wonderful. the pool was great to swim in when you could . Shopping mall located inside the hotel itself.

The wifi would cut out a lot .

The room's plumbing and the carpet were too old. The shower faucet did not work properly, it was extremely hard to adjust the water temperature and the old carpet colored my wife's shoes.
