Staff were friendly.

We were allocated the worst room at the back of house while nicer rooms were empty. The shower didn't work. Linen and curtains are ancient! Windows don't close properly and noisy.

The owner of the property welcomed me and and was very nice throughout my stay. It was very comfortable and there was no curfew so I could come in and out anytime I wanted to. The cleaning staff was also a great highlight of my stay, they treated me with such respect and I had a few conversations with them as they are in my culture and we showed each other respect.

Someone’s I would have to wait for the water to be turned on but it didn’t ruin my stay as I’m very patient and was in no rush.

Welcoming environment which is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Super friendly host who was always willing to assist. The host kept us informed about places we could visit around Gqeberha. The breakfast was great and kept us going for the whole day. We didn't have to worry about loadshedding since they have back up in place. We felt at home and safe.

We only saw the owner upon arrival and when we left. There didn't seem to be a personal touch
