Definitely should not be rated as a 4 star hotel. I’m not sure what you’re paying for. No pool (on property), no beach, dirty room, and horrible bed. - The photos didn’t accurately represent the current state of the property. - It was advertised that the hotel had a pool. The pool that they are referring to is a few blocks away at their apartment complex. It is not near what you would expect a 4 or even 3 star hotel to have. Photos show part of the walk. (Do not google photos because the rooftop nice looking pool was closed 2 years ago) - The bed felt like you were sleeping on just a box spring. We had to move to the floor to sleep as it was more comfortable. - There were several bugs in the room. - The “hotel” beach prices are high. The property is across a busy street from the beach. We left after 1 night as the bed was not possible to sleep on. I wish I had more photos of the room/bugs/property, but we were rushed trying to find new accommodations and affordable transportation to get the heck out of there. *I have been to Italy 6 times, traveled around Europe and Asia extensively. I have stayed at 4/5 star hotels and hostels. This is by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. *when we asked the staff about the pool they got very rude and defensive saying they didn’t have pictures of the rooftop pool on their site. The catch is that they don’t have any photos of the current pool, and they don’t mention it’s not on the hotel property. They rely on people looking at google photos which does not accurately represent their current property.

The location was good and not too far from the Amalfi, Positano.

Honestly everything else was just bad. The room service staff were poor and their cleaning is unclean. The facility is very old and the AC wasn’t working. Did told the receptionist two times but no one came to fix it. The breakfast is very low quality and variety. It’s really not worth the amount the charge per night. I wouldn’t try it again for sure

Everything other than above Not a 4 star property by any standards. Pictures are misleading. Sea view rooms are dated and bathroom awful. No coffee maker/kettle or iron/ironing board in room. Have to step out for everything. Front office staff deserves special mention. Some of them were really nice and you have to get lucky to find them when you need any help. Others were plain rude and least interested in customer service. Booked a Capri tour through the hotel that turned out to be a sham. Can't directly blame the hotel but the service provider's misleading brochure. Nothing as promised and was effectively worth just a ferry ride that is available at less than half the price. Hotel promised to follow up but has been non responsive. BEWARE

- cleanliness was okay; floors of the room were quite dirty - bed isn’t too comfortable but it’s good enough

Nice hotel at a great value for the area. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was so amazing served on the rooftop looking over the sea. I was also able to take my breakfast to my room. Loved the staff!

I am throughly disappointed with our experience here at hotel panorama. We first arrived hot and bothered wanting to take a dip in their roof pool. We were then told that it is under renovation as is the restaurant, that we were also planning to visit during our stay. They did not specify in their website nor on booking.com about any renovations so we were disappointed as you can imagine. They had a back up pool they directed us to, which was rundown and unpleasant. It was surrounded by dirty tower blocks and was not the luxury we were promised. Housekeeping were late almost everyday to turn over our room, sometimes 5pm in the evening just as we were coming back from the beach! The room was dirty and the beds weren’t even changed as when we got into it one night, there was sand at the end of the bed. Several nights we were kept up because of how thin the walls were and we were woken up by the  aircon in our room over spilling water onto a suitcase and our plugs. VERY dangerous. We expressed our upset kindly to the receptionist and there was absolutely nothing done which was very disappointing as we really tried to explain nicely. Overall rubbish experience and not a nice place to stay on your summer holiday!

-the rooms is not in one building and the breakfast in hotel building. internet is very poor. - in busy days is the staff is not enough. - breakfast variety is limited like no smoked salmon which available in most hotels in italy. -no telephone in the apartment need to walk a distance crossing several buildings to reach the hotel and talk to them. - not secured and no one available the apartments building.

I personally did not enjoy 1 thing about this property and left within 14 hours

The property is nothing that is pictured in the images. When I arrive there they are stated there was a rooftop pool. There is no pool. It is behind the parking lot a few blocks away. The building was very old. Be careful when booking rooms because they give you a vintage room that overlooks into a building where you can see inside other peoples apartment. the vintage took barely bad outlets the shower was broken. there was also a gate on our window and when we opened it was overlooking into other buildings and not the ocean view. the building also was dirty.

Some of the rooms are old and definitely need renovation. We didn’t know we were getting the old ones as it wasn’t clear when we booked.

pool was not on property, was a block walk away, as was parking, which was an alleyway. parking was not 20 euros, but was 25. unless you face the water, the rooms are terribly out dated and did not cool well.

Excellent location, amazing view during breakfast with good food . Loved the view and the size of my room, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel needs to be updated, more comfortable beds and fix the showers so the water does not comes out of it. One of the guys from breakfast staff was kind of rude when I asked for a favor, he did it with an attitude.

Great location! It’s right near the water taxi, super market, and the beach. The free breakfast on the rooftop was really nice and the staff was very professional.
