Good size clean condo. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. I didn’t realize there were beach chairs and wagon we could have used until the night before we left. Great location!

Girls trip it was fun and easy going. Beach short walk and could walk the beach in the morning for miles.

This is our second time staying here. We were here in May and loved it so much we booked another stay. The condo is our new home away from home! It has everything you would need including everything for the beach. You can walk to restaurants/shops/PuttPutt/the beach and ice cream. Such a clean condo with a beautiful view and we never want to leave. Already planning our next trip in May and this time bringing our daughter’s family. Thank you again so much for being an awesome host for a second time

Found out two weeks before our stay my daughter has breast cancer and had to postpone our trip. Property manager would not give us a credit for future stay or even return the cleaning deposit since we were not coming to the property. Never even saw the property so property rating above are not valid

This condo met and exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and had plenty of room and close to the beach and the view was great , for some reason we couldnt log on to the wifi but really didnt it ,

What a beautiful condo! We were there for a week and didn’t want to leave. Walking in it smelled very clean and the view of the water was beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the patio just relaxing and enjoying the quiet. Very comfortable during our stay and we had everything we needed. Everything you would need to take to the beach is supplied. We can’t wait to come back!! Best trip Thank You

We enjoyed the condo but when we first arrived had difficulty getting in so we called and found out the code had changed; even after entering the new code had problems gaining entrance, after persevering finally was able to open the door. Aldo had problems with the tvs; the tv in the living room had to be rebooted daily. The tv in the master bedroom had problems with changing channels. With all that said we did enjoy the balcony and the surrounding area

My family and I stayed here and were impressed with Everything! Great location and in walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants/shops. The condo is very spacious and luxurious, and the balcony is huge with a beautiful view of the bay. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been visiting Clearwater Beach for 30 years and stayed in various locations. We are familiar with the area and loved the location to all amenities.

We really enjoyed the property and it is very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and several eateries and shopping. Great area of Clearwater beach. Loved setting on the balcony and seeing the dolphins. Traffic on/off the beach from/to Clearwater was easy most of the time and a little congested on the weekends. Property is exactly as described and pictures of property are accurate.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Plenty of room for all of us. The balcony overlooking the water was a favorite place to hang out. We didn't use the property pool as it was very small and never looked very clean. The only issue with the condo was with the dryer. Took HOURS to dry a load of wash. Did email property manager and talked to someone about it. It's a known issue with the venting system. The lady I spoke with did Say she would contact someone to come look at it but we never heard anything back. Other than that, it was a perfect trip. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic location, lovely apartment, lots of amenities and very well stocked and furnished. Very near to the beach and good parking facilities. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Overall it was very nice. Did not have a lot for the beach but calls to manager got us most of what we needed. Ceiling in master bath was leaking water from clogged vent. Never did get that fixed but plumber did come and look at it.

The property was dirty and 2 of the 3 exterior doors did not lock. The floors were very dirty (ruined white socks), the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, and there was a baby pack & play in the unit that had dirty sheets in it. The glasses in the pantry had lip marks on them. The unit was supposed to be cleaned (again) the day after we arrived, if it was cleaned the baby bed was left there with dirty sheets. It didn't look like it was cleaned again. After discovering that 2 of the exterior doors didn't lock at 8:45pm the night of arrival, we immediately called the Operations Desk number provided for service. They apologized for the inconvenience, said the maintenance man was on vacation, and told me it was a safe area with lots of cameras. I asked why there was triple locks on the front door. I was at the unit with my two children, after not sleeping the first night because we were scared, we stayed somewhere else for a couple nights. The property manager (I Trip Vacation Property Management) and told me the locks would be fixed Monday. No one returned my text messages, calls, voice mails regarding if the locks were fixed. Tuesday morning, I went back to the unit and the locks had not been fixed. Again, I called, texted, and left voice mail messages. No one returned my call. We paid thousands of dollars. Stayed in the room for 1 night with no sleep because 2 exterior doors didn't lock. We asked for a full refund, and like the previous days and nights, no one returned my calls, texts, emails, or voice mails. Proceed with caution if you care about your safety or cleanliness.

This was a great Condo. Perfect for my family. The place was ready and clean when we arrived. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and activities to walk. Private enough to not be right in the middle of heavy traffic and noise. I would stay here again and will recommend this place to all.

The view overlooking the water was beautiful and peaceful. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom. Loved the balcony overlooking the canal, we even saw dolphins. Walk to beach and many restaurants was easy for grandparents and grandchildren.

Beautiful home, close to everything. Very well maintained. Wonderful check in e-mail made everything easy and was just as advertised. Would love to come back, my 86 year old Dad really enjoyed the trip.

The property had everything anybody might need and good quality. The view was outstanding. The location perfect. Thank you for all the attention to detail.

This condo was huge! It was a lot for two people but we had specific requirements that the condo filled. There were dolphins outside feeding one morning and every day there was a pelican looking for breakfast. There was a lot of noise outside on the weekends but you couldn’t hear it in the master and I brought a noise machine and that worked fine in the other room. The main bathroom had a broken toilet seat but we never used that bathroom and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well but these were minor issues that didn’t affect our stay. I was impressed with all of the things supplied, especially in the kitchen. I had a problem getting into the building with the code but I was contacted right away and the problem was solved quickly . I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this condo, it had everything we could have wanted and more! The view of the bay was breathtaking and peaceful. The pool is heated and the kids loved it. The property was even larger then we thought. Loved the board games that were available to use. We are hoping to be back!!

Our family stayed in this lovely condo for five nights at the end of 2021. From the beginning, communication was wonderful and timely. When we arrived, I realized that the condo has undergone a refresh (to say the least). I’m not sure if there was an ownership change or simply just a redo but it is beautiful. Keep in mind, I rented with old pics posted and was excited about the stay in the current state. When we arrived, the place was almost unrecognizable. It’s beautiful!! We’ve stayed in several condos over the years and this is possibly the most thoughtfully appointed ones yet. Lots of towels and sheets and kitchen items galore !! Any question was answered promptly. The location was perfect for us. We did not visit the beach this trip. We were shopping, eating, resting and playing golf. The condo was quiet and exceptionally clean. I hope we are able to visit again soon !!
