とにかく便利。限られたスペースをうまく使って短時間の滞在をできて、シャワーもできるし、良かったです！皆さんがカプセル側ではほとんど静かにしてくれたので寝られました。

カプセルが全く鍵がかからないので、ちょっとだけ心配。カプセルがブラインド1枚を下すだけなので、近くの人が話をしていたり、目覚ましをかけたりすると、起きてしまいます。

What I liked about the hotel was the fact it was inside the airport. The price was good for two night. If you arrive late, it can be expensive since the check out is at 10 am.

It was a bit hot in summer and many people were really noisy. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything people are doing in the locker room.

Tuvimos que reservarlo por problemas con nuestro vuelo. La ubicación dentro del aeropuerto es muy conveniente. La capsula es cómoda, las duchas son excelentes, lo mismo que los baños. Cada día dan una bolsa con productos de baño/ducha, algo muy bueno. La cama es cómoda con buena iluminación.

Las cápsula podrían tener alguna entrada para enchufe o usb más. Tener que hacer check out y check in cada día. No tienen ningún lugar en común como para comer o estar.

This is the first time I've used a sleep pod, and it was brilliant. So clean, comfortable and convenient for an early flight out of Narita airport. I was really impressed with the facility and what fabulous value for money it was. It is based at T2, but it's very easy to get to T1 by a free shuttle bus.

Nothing - it completely exceeded my expectations in all respects

did not have travel adaptors for Australian appliances. We brought 3pin adaptors supposedly for japan which were not suitable Reception have no adaptors to buy or rent making it difficult to use our sleep apnea machine and charge our phones

It’s connected to the airport and there were signs to guide you to it. The wifi was fast, has all the essentials you need and safe for women. Stayed at other 9h nine hours hotels around Japan before and they were all great for the price.

If you are a light sleeper, I can’t recommend capsule hotels as you will hear noise from other guests either their movements or alarm clocks.

Convenient to the airport, very handy with my early flight. Clean and easy to use. All amenities were available and good quality Two power ports are also available for charging phones or laptops

I would have liked some sort of fan to create air flow in the pod
