Excellent location ~ 5mins walk from train station. Excellent value for money <100usd a night and that’s including delicious buffet style breakfast. Amenities include sleep gown etc. from the lobby and free hot drink / water. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were polite. I was assigned a room with a good view of the road - I’m happy.

As common in Japanese hotel, the room was not that big, when I have to open my checked in luggage there was almost no room to move.

The place is amazing . Wonderful staff from the time I checked in till I checked our . They were accommodating, helpful , they treated all the guests well . Location is very convenient at the bus and train station . Quiet and super clean . I am highly recommending Comfort Hotel if you go to Narita Japan.

Provision of welcome drink as per choice was good gesture. The cost of stay including breakfast was really very reasonable.

I booked it for my family. The room size and bed size is smaller for 2 adults and a kid.

The Staff was great! very helpful. Right near the Narita station. Easy to catch transit to Aeon mall and Outlets. The breakfast was perfect and the value of the overall place you cant beat.

The room was simple, nice and clean. Offers breakfast buffet.

It would be better if you add eggs in the breakfast buffet.

Tiny room and horrible pillow

Though slightly dated, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Good beds and very clean. The location is also great, very close to Narita station, a lot of restaurants are just 10 minutes away while 24/7 convenience stores are at the foot of the hotel. A decent breakfast is included. Highly recommended if you need to be closer to Narita airport for early departure.
