The room was in the centre so was near all the shops pubs etc location was good Staff friendly on arrival and a very comfortable double bed.

Lots of mirrors in this quirky room but very very dark 17 mirrors but none with natural light for you to get yourself ready in so that was disappointing.

The room was comfortable and very clean. And the location cannot be better, just in town centre. The staff very friend, they let check in earlier since the room was ready

Room was lovely and clean, it was quiet despite being New Year's Eve in a city. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The location is excellent, only a 10 min walk (if that) from the train station and only 5 min walk into the centre of Chester and the main bars and shops.

Location was perfect.

Had to move about a bit in the shower to get wet. Could do with a new shower head.

Room smelt of damp. TV signal very poor so unable to watch it. Very noisy outside which what I expected anyway. Extremely overpriced and very basic! No WiFi for 45 minutes so booked another hotel just down the road. Wasn't worried about paying out twice as I couldn't wait to get out of there, 45 minutes was long enough for me! I don't understand how this place can charge more than a 4 star hotel not far from there.

Jaw dropping decor! Interior decorater should surely have won some award for this! Room was warm and comfy and the staff and pub clients friendly and helpful.Right in the heart of this gorgeous city.

Noise from pub might be troublesome on weekends but jjust go and join them!

Staff was very disorganized. They billed us and then moved us into a room that had not been cleaned yet.
