We scheduled a "girls weekend" in Capitola. This home had the best location and was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't have been better. We parked once and walked everywhere....lots of restaurants and shopping within a block...and the beach was right there as well. The home was clean and had comfortable beds for all. We will definitely be back!

Great property, well stocked, upstairs loft was a hit with the kids and location to shops/restaurants was great! Parking isn’t ideal but that’s expected by the beach.

My husband and I and our two teen sons stayed here as we traveled across the U.S. What a perfect location! The beds were comfortable. There was enough room for all of us to spread out. The main bathroom/laundry room was incredible! So much character, but yet also modern! We were close enough to walk to the beach and any little store you would like. And the people were so friendly! We all highly recommend staying here if in Capitola!

There were six adults, we parked our cars and never used them for the rest of the stay. You are literally 1 block from downtown for shopping, restaurants and bars, and two blocks to the beach! The property manager was fantastic, we all said that we would stay again!! The backyard was a perfect gathering place for us as the weather was perfect, however the house itself offers good gathering spots too.

Great location. Once you’re settled in you don’t need your car anymore. Everything’s a close convenient walk. Very tastefully decorated.

This was a great place for our immediate extended family coming together for our daughter's wedding in Aptos. The space was very well laid out for us and grandparents to have bedrooms downstairs and the "kids" to have the space upstairs. Parking was a little bit tricky for 3 cars, mainly because we were coming & going with wedding events but not so much as to be a major problem. If we were coming just to enjoy family time and the beach (which maybe we will do next year) it would be no problem at all as the location is in the hub of town, very walkable. We enjoyed walking the two short blocks down to the beach after Friday night's rehearsal dinner and only wished there had been time for more of that. I look forward to renting this place again!

Capitola is such a cute little beach town and this was the perfect location to explore it from! Just three blocks from the beach made it easy to come home to get clean from the beach before heading to dinner at the many restaurants just a few blocks away. The bunk room had plenty of space for all the kids and the house had all the amenities we needed to have meals at home. It was super clean and very well stocked with towels and beach toys for a superb beach vacay. We hope to be back!

Great location, great family-friendly house!

We had stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022 and love the house and location. Since many of the younger generation work, this is a perfect spot for those who have to commute back to the peninsula. The short walk to the beach is a big plus. The kids like to surf, although the waves did not co-operate too well. We will definitely make this home a repeat.

House was exceptionally clean! Beach and shopping are a very short walk! We had a question while we were there and it was promptly answered and resolved! Beds were very comfortable!!! The patio was awesome and inviting. Overall excellent stay! Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house right by all the best shops in capitola! I stayed here with my mom, daughter and 3 of her friends for her birthday celebration and we all had such an amazing time. The host was exceptional, thank you so much for an awesome stay!

House was clean and has a lot of beds. The back patio has plenty of seating and is a perfect place to relax. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook and has modern appliances. Would definitely return.

We could not have asked for a better spot to celebrate our son turning 16. All he wanted was to spend time in the Santa Cruz area with his good friends. We are so glad we stumbled upon this place. The upstairs area was perfect for them. It was such an ideal location with everything being walking distance….shops, restaurants and the beach! The backyard was perfect for an evening of making s’mores and the outside shower was a hit with the boys. This will definitely be one of the best core memories for us and our kids’ friends. Thank you for opening your charming home to allow us to make everlasting memories!

Loved how we could walk to town and the beach. My 2 kids, spouses and 4 grandchildren joined us. The fenced in yard was safe for the little ones. We did use the paid parking for 2 extra cars. Such a wonderful time😎 Thanks for sharing your beach house. We hope to be back!!

The property manager was very responsive and prompt to reply and the check-in process was easy. The location can not be beat for a stay in Capitola. You are far enough away from the village noise but only a few minutes walk to the village. The layout of the house was good for a larger family. There are two bedrooms downstairs for maybe adults, and a great room upstairs for kids (or more adults). The downstairs area had a good kitchen/dining area and good but small family area with a nice electric fireplace that warmed the back area nice. In the front of the downstairs is a nice relaxing front room with comfortable couches and a tv that I napped in. We didn’t use the back patio for our stay but it’s a real nice area for eating and hanging out if weather permits. We had a few glitches however. 1. All the batteries in all tv remotes had been removed! I called and someone stopped by that night within a few hours and gave me batteries. They should add this to their checklist for readiness. 2. The oven did not work. This was a bummer since we were cooking dinner there our first night. When I called they asked me to check the fuse panel which I did but all looked good there. I was told we would get some kind of a credit for this inconvenience but I haven’t seen anything yet. Again, they should be checking this stuff. 3. The patio furniture was covered but when we uncovered all cushions were wet. We would stay again and recommend regardless of above.

Our stay at your property was perfect! You've thought of everything for your home to make it a truly enjoyable stay. Location is so central to Capitola and is the best for just parking your car in one spot and walking everywhere! Also, we really appreciated the contact with Michelle and Shannon on the flexibility of the rental due to the crazy weather we experienced. It made our stay even that much better knowing we were all on the same page! Will absolutely rent this place again! Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Capitola. The house is perfect for large groups and is an easy walk to everything. Owner was incredibly responsive, within minutes if we needed anything at all. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic spot!! Minutes away from the beach and the town where there are many great food spots. Ideal for our family with little children (we could walk everywhere), we're definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay recently - me the solo parent, and 4 teenage boys who wanted to surf. The location is ideal - minutes from the beach, and it's easy to get in and out independently. Great outside shower and outside area to lounge around and bbq. It's really nicely furnished and the kithen is very well equipped. We'll be back!

Perfect home for families to gather and create lasting memories. Perfect location to beach, restaurants and shops. Home is well cared for and lots of space for 5 kids and 5 adults to have separate spaces. The backyard is large and plenty of room to dance! Which the kids did a lot of. It was perfect for 2 families of 4 to meet up and have a most fun weekend. House was close to surf, resturant and more. Backyard was awesome space to relax by the fire pit. My favorite was the sunroof with fireplace. Perfect for morning coffee! We already booked again. Thanks for the memories.
