The natural beauty, that the hotel is right in the community, the staff are so friendly and helpful and ready for anthing. They are a multifunctional team, they work wherever they are required.

Clean room, great breakfast, helpful hosts, good location for the Ometepe ferry. Plus, the hotel is very secure at night.

Rivas is not a tourist town, so you may need to go further afield to find somewhere nice to eat out.

Everything ! No traffic sounds the only noise was from the native birds.

There was no hot water for showers. If not for this it would of been perfect.

Breakfast was adequate nothing to complain about

I stayed just for one night in Noches Surenas, the room was so nice and clean, all the place was comfy, nice and very quiet, all the stuff was very kind. Love the food and coffe. Good position also. It was a lovely stay!!

Only one thing, the shower need to be fix, there was almost no water coming from the shower handset!

The location was fairly easy to find. We were concerned about the entrance as we had a full size van and pulling a 12ft utility trailer. But they owner and staff were very help full and told us there was a back entrance and other area we could use. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We bought dinner at the restaurant and had the breakfast included with the room and both meals were very good and filling. Although we were just passing through and just spent the night, with the lake being close, walking distance, and I believe the ocean would be a short drive, I would definitely consider this a nice place to stay when visiting Nicaragua

The bed was a little lumpy and the shower was cold.

The coffee was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Nice place with a great location. I slept like a baby.

Nice ,safe,comfortable, close to ferry terminal!
