After a brief hiccup upon checking in, all issues were resolved in a timely manner. The location was incredible...so convenient as we were in Wells to spend time on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, lots of windows to let in the ocean breezes. Easy access to a wonderful beach.

We had an overall great time, location was perfect! Close walk to the beach and shops and arcade! Only not great thing was the smoke detector going off loudly early while we were still sleeping because someone in another unit was cooking bacon, this happened several times during our stay. Obviously we would want to know if there was a fire somewhere in the property but don’t need to know if someone is cooking bacon! 😂

Spotless apartment that is one minute walk from the beach. Queen mattress was pretty lumpy and should probably be replaced. The full mattress was great. Walls are thin and you can sometimes hear those in other apartments. We lucked out because two other renters vacated the property so it was very quiet. Overall, would stay again but would ask who else (what age group) is also renting in the other apartments because we appreciated the quiet.

Will talk to manager before I rent again to make sure of stairs etc

Since the property sits close to the street there is a lot of traffic noise and with no air getting to sleep is a challenge.

The location of the property was great! Just steps away from the beach. We hit a really bad heat wave while we were there which was rough. No fault on the rental but with no AC it was tough. Very unusual for the time of year we went. The unit itself was equipped with all of the usual amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Found out there was a washer/ dryer in the common area to use (didn't know before we left) but it was nice to bring clean clothes home. The vacuum cleaner was not working when we were there, so I don't know how clean the floors really were - but being a beach/summer type rental I wasn't too concerned. Great location close to an arcade, shops, and restaurants all in walking distance. Was our first trip to Wells ME and we loved it!

We all loved the proximity to the beach and Forbes restaurant.close to many places to eat.the apartment was roomy,clean with comfy beds and couches.hope to return next year.

best weekend with the family, location and perfect, you walk to the beach, communication with the owner is very easy, besides being very kind. I will come back more often.

Great place to hang your hat for a few days or longer. Easy access to restaurants and necessities, at least in the fall, and close to the walking beach. Will stay there again.

We had great time surfing Wells beach.

The parking situation leaves a lot 2 b desired. Also the barbecue /picnic area behind the building is confusing 2 navigate. Not sure who the picnic area belongs to..

Truly enjoyed a fun filled weekend so close to the beach!

Cozy 2nd floor apartment. Dave was easy to get a hold of , the shower handle fell off and he had a plumber there for us the next morning. Place was clean, comfortable and pictures are accurate. Kitchen well stocked . Nice fenced yard for little ones. We will stay again. Perfect location. Easy to hop back from beach for lunch or bathroom. We had lots of fun! Looking forward to confirming next year at one of his other units. Only issue we had was no recycling bin. Hated to throw away plastic and cans that we usually recycle at home. ( but we didn’t think to mention this to owner so it may have been resolved- never thought to ask. ) I was surprised at the traffic on Atlantic Ave, some people drive way too fast and minibikes disturbed us late evening and early morn. Be careful of little kids. Beach very family friendly.

It was perfect for us for a long weekend. It was clean, bright, good living room furniture and clean, new or nearly new bedding. Dealing with David was easy. No issues.

I very much enjoyed my stay. This house is in a great location, steps to a great walking beach, easy walk to a restaurant and bar. The owner communicates well. i would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our week stay. The apartment was fully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and/or grilling in the convenient back yard. The clothesline a definite plus as well for our wet things after spending the days at the beach directly across the street. Local shops, good restaurants and an arcade for the kids are all within easy walking distance. The owners are really nice and were very helpful! We certainly recommend this property for your beach dreams!

This house is such a great find! Everything in the home was just as pictured and described. Communication with David when needed was easy and quick. The beach path is so close you can see it from the house and you're a short walk from a few small shops and restaurants by the main Wells Beach access. If you're looking for something lowkey and comfortable right by the beach this is a truly great spot.

Sweet spot, cozy apartment, owners very nice, couldn't have had a better time. Looking forward to coming back next year!

What a great place and location! The owners David and Heather are wonderful. This was truly home away from home! They supplied everything! We completely enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a couple more days! Thank you both so much for a Very memorable vacation! We will be returning without a doubt!
