I was really surprised when we entered the property. Well fitted, devorated and clean with everything you might need while your stay. Exceptional communication with the host which makes you feel cared. Great satisfaction with the stay and really recommend for everyone even with small kids.

Clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the beach. Was nice that the beach itself was more relaxed and not so touristy. Had beach chairs and equipment to use. Umbrella was broken.:( Wish there were ceiling fans as I prefer them over air conditioning at night. Overall all...very nice place! Modern feel with the furniture and decor. Would stay there again. Had a great time.🙂

So clean and orderly! EXTREMELY hot week, so if you're used to having ceiling fans to help the indoor temps, there isn't one in either bedroom or the living area. The only true negative: it's way too hot for microfiber sheets! The property is lovely and sunrise runs on the beach to the Pier each morning Blessed my day...EVERY day.

Property was just as expected! Beautiful views and perfect place for our family of my husband and I and our two kids! Will definitely come back!

The check in was easy. The location and amenities were perfect for us.

The view from the balcony alone was literal perfection. The condo was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated and had many things to accommodate our needs. The washer and dryer was super handy as it allowed us to pack less items to bring. Everything on the property, including the elevator, requires the room key, which while it was kind of a pain, it was super comforting knowing the level of safety involved in staying there. The beach was beautiful and clean and not crowded. The pool was spacious and spotless (literally could watch them clean it daily from the balcony). There were plenty of beach items to use, as well as towels and an unbrella, though the one piece of the umbrella pole seems to have been broken by a previous renter and the bottom piece of the pole was unable to be put together, but it did not render it unable to be used. Overall, it was an incredible place. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful beach, nice complex and room (we found everything as advertised), peaceful and relaxing kind of a vacation. The apartment decor is charming. Since we flew in, it was very convenient to find the beach chairs and the umbrella provided.

Great weather so able to be out and about as work finishing. Nice setup.

The unit was very spacious and clean. Come prepared to have a wonderful time at the beach you can see right outside the balcony!

Just what our family needed after a long year and Indiana winter. Honestly probably the best view we have ever had on vacation and you couldn’t get any closer to the beach! The condo was nice, clean and had plenty of room for family of 4. The beach closet was a nice bonus with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, put-put (there is a little green on the property). We left a beach ball and some little sand buckets/shovels for any kids. Kitchen was pretty much stocked with cookware, silverware and dishes. The grounds and pool were very well kept and noticed extra protocols and cleaning of pool area thru the week (most likely from the COVID era) which was nice. The check in process was different but worked just fine. Had to pick up key from a key box about a mile down the road but worked out for us as we arrived late evening. Found the rest of the keys in our unit and returned the checkin key the next day. Everything on the property requires a key. Elevator, pool/beach gates, restrooms by the pool, etc so keep your key with you always. Somewhat of a hassle but worth it for the extra sense of security for actual residents. Really the only thing we didn’t care for much was the interior vent box from the dryer. Ran it not realizing and the unit became very humid but aired out quickly when opening the door and windows. Overall a great relaxing get away!

Beautiful home

When traveling for work/pleasure (this was both) I really appreciate a clean well appointed property. Everything on site is key access security so you do not need to worry. Ample lit fenced parking makes coming and going easy. I can't say enough about this owner - this is my second time staying in one of their properties and I can say it won't be my last. The places are always updated and look professionally decorated. My wife and son have bad allergies and never had a problem on this (or the last) trip which is saying quite a bit for Cape Canaveral. All this at a reasonable price, no reason to look elsewhere.

Needs some updating new mattresses needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canaveral Towers. Easy check in and out. Right on the beach. The Condo had everything you could possibly need. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels and beach gear. Very clean. The high floor was nice overlooking the pool. We faced east and had a very nice view of the beach and sun rise (If you get up early!) I think Canaveral Beach is one of the best Florida beaches. Lots of waves and the best sand. Can't go wrong.

We love our stay at this condo. Awesome view,great security, well equipment on the kitchen. Because we have a wheelchair person and seniors with us I had to remove the rugs from the floor. We found a lot of sand underneath the rugs. This is the only problem we encounter during our stay. Everything else was nice and clean. We .definitely come.back here again💞�

My family and I had not been in Florida for 7 years. So this was a big thing for us. We literally planned this one week prior to our vacation. The booking process went smoothly. The property was nice. The only complaints would be that the floors were dirty and I don't believe it had been deep cleaned in a while. Everything was well stocked. Dishes, utensils, laundry soap, etc. We did like the location. Everything was easy to get to in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. I loved how it wasnt overflowing with people. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The condo was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The ocean front view was amazing. The pool was very nice also. I especially like that it was pet friendly. The building seemed very secure with key access needed for the elevator and stairwells. All in all, a great experience.

We were really impressed. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items. Loved the washer and dryer. The sunrises each morning were just picture perfect. The pool was very large and heated. I use a walker and the place was so big I had no problems getting around everything. Our parking place was so close to the elevator. So handy when bring in grocery's and things. I got to see 7 space launches from the 8th floor balcony. Each one was breathtaking. The condo is very secure with the use of keys for stairs and elevator. Got to see a whale right off my balcony. So exciting.

We drive from Philadelphia, PA. Everything about the condo love it, nice , clean and spacious. My kids enjoy it a lot , we definitely come back again. Pet friendly love it.

Great views from this beachfront condo. Had a small issue with AC but owner had someone check and fix within hours of me calling him. Kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Views of beach from living room, balcony and master bedroom. Enjoyed eating on balcony watching cruise ships leave in the evenings and the sunrise in the mornings. Private elevators/stairs to the 8th floor (key to operate elevator or open door to stairs). Condo had large grocery carts downstairs by the mail room to make taking your stuff upstairs easy. Both bedrooms with plenty of storage space, closets and dressers for clothes. Bathrooms are nice sized. Quiet, safe neighborhood which we walked at night. Large swimming pool and just passed pool is walkway to beach. Just a matter of minutes from leaving condo room until you are in the Ocean! Peaceful section of beach- was not crowded during our stay.

Stayed 2 weeks in October 2018. Positives: Spectacular views, location (just far enough away from the hubbub but close enough to everything), short hop to the beach, large condo, quiet and safe residential area, pool was very nice (although a few residents weren't following pool etiquette, and don't forget to bring the umbrella from the condo as there is no shade), 2 elevators worked well, watched a rocket launch from the 8th floor walkway. Saw cruise ships docked at Port Canaveral and watched them from the balcony as they headed out to sea. Many restaurant choices, and more than a few allow dogs on their outside patios. Major Negatives: Condo is worn, definitely in need of updates. Bed and couch and loveseat very uncomfortable with little cushion against the springs. The description should be updated to state that the appliances are not new, there is no sauna, and the washer and dryer are not full size but are rather smallish and stacked. The floor was very dirty when we arrived (but otherwise the unit was clean), many of the pots and pans were rusty and probably unsafe to use (we ended up eating out much of the time because of this). The thermostat is automatically controlled and the renter cannot change. Many nights we would have liked to turn the air off and open the windows but we could not. The master bed and kitchen windows are secured shut with a bar and cannot be opened, anyway. I do understand the owners decision to have it this way, however. And, finally, the condo was apparently double booked the last night we were there. After 10pm as I was going to bed I heard someone outside the unit putting their keys into the lock in our door! I learned that they had retrieved keys from the owner and they had also rented the unit. We had extended our stay by one more day verbally with the owner, and had received and replied to his confirmation email. Needless to say it gave us the biggest scare! I emailed the owner but received no response, so I can only assume that he double booked this unit. Mistakes happen, I am sure, but it would have been nice to have received an apology and explanation. 2 beach chairs, a blanket, umbrella, putter, frisbee, 2 boogie boards and a cooler are in the unit. There are so many restaurants in the area to choose from (we can attest to that!). If the unit was updated we would consider staying here again as the positives, overall, exceeded the negatives.

We really enjoyed out stay in this condo. It overlooks the beach and has a nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise and the view. The place is furnished beautifully and very clean. Nice towels too. I liked the fact that you need your key to take the elavator as it gives you a better sense of security. The pool is beautiful with a putting green and a shuffleboard in the area, and just steps to the beach which we walked every evening. I would definitely rent this unit again - 8th floor and a great view!

Condo 808 at Canaveral Towers is beautifully furnished and had the most spectacular ocean view, which can be seen from the living room, dining, kitchen and master bedroom. Loved the homey feel of the apartment, which had a fully-supplied kitchen and lots of beach toys. I highly recommend condo 808.

We really enjoyed the condo in Canaveral Towers. It has everything you needed plus! The location is so convenient to diners, stores, attractions and close to Orlando for day trips. I felt safe walking around the complex and neighborhood by myself no matter what the hour. The beach was never crowded and the perfect distance to walk down to the pier. The pool was clean and warm. The shuffle board was well maintained but the best was the putting green. We enjoyed a few rounds everyday. If was fun to watch the cruise ships leave from our balcony and the pelicans are flying at eye level. So cool! You newest unit 101 looks fabulous! We look forward to visiting CT 808 again. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. Thanks for a great time.
