the bathroom had stains

size of the room and bed. breakfast is good too

it needs more maintenance. there is no hot water and we didn’t get it despite informing the desk. the floors and mirrors need more cleaning too.

liked the bed and the location and the parking

Pathetic Breakfast Menu!! Lack of professionalism- But it doesn't mean the staff are bad, They are good & helping. But they need proper training..

Location was good. Room & Washroom size was good

Insisted cash or UPI payment instead of card. Carry sufficient cash. No proper reception counter, just one lady sitting under staircase space in day time, an old man after evening. Breakfast was far below average, not much varieties. Consecutively 2 days they served stale breads (fungus around the corners). No one receive calls after 10pm. No food after 10pm (I managed dinner in restaurant near hotel) My room 1002 had no out side view (huge construction blocked window) Old AC system. Cooling was not good even in September. Linen & towel not fresh or clean. Hotel must drop GRAND before its name. Its deceptive fuelled by wrong images in portal
