the property looked clean and cute, in a quiet area.

staff was not really welcoming, not really the property but the area access to beach was dirty and not well looked after.

Old rooms, no place for bagage. No Lines for wet or dry clothes. No cleaning in my few days. The price was to high for this service.

Lovely little bungalows at the beach, well located, very quite and private, not far from the pier and food markets. My room was very clean, I enjoyed my stay there.

Not very social, so not easy to get to know other people, which was ok for me. There were no activities or anything you could book from the hotel, so you just have to find out on your own.

I had bed bugs all over my body, they decline my refund even that they said that they will refund me. The bed was not clean, the window was broken so all the mosquitos entered the room and I couldn't sleep for a second, and also I had a lot of bed bites. The hospitality is also terrible, when I went to tell them my experience, the guy just looked at me and said "what do you want?" Like I'm not a paying customer. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay there. Oh, and the bathroom and shower is basically outside.

It was a horrible dirty room that looked very unhygienic. I didnt want to touch anything as it looked so foul. Extremely expensive and overpriced for what it was. A total rip off. The walls and beds were not clean. There was nothing in the room but the bed. Could not wait to leave.

The room was nice. Quite spacious. Good location, right on the beach and walking distance from the shops and bars.

The staff were pleasant but nothing more . No going out of their way to say hello and definitely no offer for a room clean. Interactions were average at best.

- 5 minute walk to Pantip market. 20 min taxi ride to Haad Rin - bungalow with little veranda and hammock. No aircon, but the ventilator works pretty well.

Location was good and close to a small beach. Okay for one night but wouldn’t recommend long term.

Could benefit from a good tidy up and huts freshened up.

The location was ok, and it was quiet.

Dirty and very noisy air conditioner, was hard to sleep at all. The beds are solid rock. Could not sit outside at night, the mosquitoes are insane. Mould on pretty much everything. The price even during high season was way too much. It's very, very basic.

Only the location

The rooms were dirty. Ventilator was covered with dust, leeches in the bathroom, toilet broken, fungus on the curtains. We complained at the next day and he only said, yes just put it online.

This is the perfect place to relax. It's right next to the ocean and close enough to the pier so you can walk there from your ferry. It's also close to bars, restaurants, food markets and convenience stores. Our stay was really comfortable and relaxing and the friendly dogs are a plus.
