Loved this place, Great house in a nice part of Oceanside ,

The house definitely is equipped to meet the needs of multiple families, which is an important requirement for our group. Tons of space, great location! We had a few issues with things not working, but Monique was very quick to respond and remedy the issues. Beds were comfortable, house was well stocked.

The house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views, but in need of a little TLC. I had high expectations considering the cost and comparisons to other houses we’ve rented. A few examples, the freezer was broken and an old and very-rusted freezer box was placed in the middle of the kitchen for our use. The air conditioning was not functioning properly on the second floor throughout our stay, which made our nights somewhat rough with the July heat. There was also a vacant and vandalized house right next door to the property. Not what we expected. On a positive note, the house has so much extra room and perfect for a large group. It was stocked nicely for our large group. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and all had well-stocked bathrooms. The house is on The Strand, which can be loud throughout the day and night. It’s also not directly on the beach which was a little disappointing. We had to walk about a mile to get to the beach where the kids could get into the water. Overall, our family had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

The house accommodated all our families with children and we never felt like we were crowded! We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. The location and view is spectacular. So many extras like beach towels, bath products, video games for children….. we loved our stay at Paradise on the Strand!

The ocean view is amazing and so close you can feel the spray! Our son was getting married and we wanted a place with some friends we could vacation too, this was definitely the perfect beach house for that. The house is nicely staged but comfortable to live and we enjoyed all the amenities of home and more; gourmet kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and hot tub to name a few. We all highly recommend this property and it's management. Thank you for all the wonderful memories made there and hope to see you again! :)

Great house and location. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was super clean when we arrived. No complaints, just a good time.

The property worked well for our group. We had ample space and all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our precious time together at this home!

We had two families say in the home and it was super comfortable and had a great location looking at the water.

We loved the beautiful and spacious house and the location right next to the ocean!

Overall, the place was amazing!!!! However, the elevator did not work the entire time, the light in the Master closet did not work, a windowpane was broken and we reported a leak in the Master bathroom and had to have maintenance come in during our stay. Despite these amenities that we looked forward to not being available, Monique was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely return!!!!

Our group of Moms has been gathering together for over ten years. It's our special annual "filling of the cup" weekend. This property has been the best one suited for our weekend. The host is lovely to work with, the house well stocked and the view is priceless.

We really had a wonderful stay at Monique's vacation rental property! Waking each morning to the sound of the surf just across 'The Strand' was almost too good to be true. We spent a day in LA and also visited San Diego and Temecula. Oceanside is a great location to stay if you are interested in multiple SoCal destinations! The house was very well appointed. We loved the kitchen with views looking out over the living room and the huge windows that allowed sweeping views of the ocean! The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy several meals which we prepared ourselves while at the property. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The master bedroom was amazing--is it possible to be too big!?! We enjoyed a few nights and maybe even some morning and afternoon time in the hot tub on the top deck. Such a great view up there and it was so much fun for the teenagers! We cannot say enough great things about the property. You will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful house

We enjoyed a terrific hang out weekend for my spouse’s 65th. 9 adults. The house is huge with on suites for all. The location is terrific right on the strand with nothing in front of you but a glorious view of the Ocean. The house is modern with lots of wonderful luxury touches like easy to connect sound system, extremely well stocked kitchen, lovely pre heated hot tub, high end lighting and shades, comfortable beds, high end linens and towels, off street parking for 3 cars and much more. The owner is generous and very responsive. She recommended a private chef, Chef Ty who came in for a wonderful meal. It was a magical weekend we will remember.

My family (2 adults, 5 y.o. and 2 y.o.) and 3 other couples stayed in this house for a wedding weekend. The shared spaces inside and outside were perfect for catching up and relaxing together, but everyone was able to retreat into their own room when they needed to. I thought it was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom. We didn't have any issues with our kids, but just keep an eye on them as things aren't child-proofed. She did offer to have a pack & play set up for us. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking essentials. The host was extremely responsive and clear in her instructions for getting in and using the amenities. It is located right across the road from the beach, a short walk to a playground, and a short to moderate walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are located on the other side of the house as the road/beach, so we didn't have any issues w/ sound. Would highly recommend for large groups!

This home has so much going for it. We had 7 women and it was the perfect location and home. We would def go again, within walking distance of nice restaurants and pier.

We've stayed in several different condos and this is the one we will use every year.

Great Location Beautiful Property Great amenity's

We had a really sweet time celebrating my wife's birthday with the family. Had a couple of hiccups. One we had ants on the lower level and the ac was not working on the second floor where the kitchen is. Monique had someone over right away and the ants were gone and the next day half of the ac was repaired. two was a grate in the oven would not retract and the other thing was the compactor would not compact the last day. NONE of this was a big deal except the ants and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you sooo much for renting out your place it was amazing and we hope we would be able to do it again sometime.

Great time had by all. First time for our 3-generation family vacation. Perfect accommodations and attentive communication with property manager. Kitchen is very well equipped!

This is the second year we stayed here and my family loved it. They think it’s one of our best vacations because everyone can just hang out or be active.

The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need including an office space for those that can't completely unplug. Great WiFi. The rooftop view was a bonus to watch fireworks on the 4th. This house looks right out to the ocean, is on a busy street with lots of slow traffic from beach go'ers, bicyclists, skaters, walkers and those people that are just cruising. But it's not noisy and with a gated front patio always felt secure. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk. Check in was easy with good instructions as was the check out. Monique was great to work with and responded quickly. If your looking for a large house right on the water, Paradise on the Strand fits the bill.

Stunning location right on the water. The beach is a short walk down the road. The master suite has great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped for a large family group, with plenty of dishes of every sort and everything needed for cooking and a large table at which we could seat 10-12 people. All the stairs and the tile floors made the site a little challenging to manage a crawling infant and a toddler. But overall the location and views made it a fantastic site for a family get together.

The house is gorgeous and very livable and roomy. The upgraded features were very nice. The location could not be better for being in the ocean. The town is quaint and easy to get around. This is our 2nd time staying in Oceanside and this house was excellent. Monique is easy to work with and very responsive. All in all, a very nice week with family.

While the pictures were accurate, the location, luxury, and spaciousness were understated. First of all, having an elevator to get all the luggage upstairs to the rooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was huge, well stocked, and a treat to cook in. Just how “huge” is huge? Place the whole family of 6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 young boys in the kitchen at the same time.; cooking and bonding. The high tech light switches took us on a learning curve. Sitting out on the front deck provided some entertainment. It was like a car show; the old with the new. The water splashing up on to the strand at times provided some entertainment too. The garage is not suitable for large SUVs, so bring a smaller vehicle to comfortably use the garage. The parking pass was much appreciated. Loved our vacation here!

This rental by far SURPASSED any of our expectations! We were celebrating a 50th anniversary with kids, sibs, and grands and each moment there was magical, calming, and mesmerizing! I can’t thank the owners enough for lending us their precious beach home. Everything in the home was top of the line. We hope to see you again!
