Nice location - easy to go to beach, easy to travel to/from airport. friendly staff. nice kitchen.

It was really a surprise, for the prise we paid, we had way better than we expected Note that we had the room for ourselves (we were and there was beds) The room were nice For the room we had for 3 people, we had 2 bathrooms

A person from next door shouted till 6 am. The location isn't that good

Our room had a technical problem but the friendly staff from New Art Hostel arranged an external apparatement for us to compensate for this problem. They have been utmost concerned that everything is ok and that we like the alternative external appartement, which was indeed a fine alternative choice. We really appreciated that they provided us an upgrade with an external appartement because of the mentioned technical problems. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain, we got an upgraded room option (appartement) so all problems solved at arrival. Even with language barriers everything was solved in our best interest.

Got bigger room and had it as last minute for better price. People at the reception were nice.

Hostel is very clean. The localization was great, around 15-20min from the Palma's center, close to the park, cafeterias, restaurants and supermarkets.

Very helpful and friendly member of staff. The room could easily have been a hotel room. The shower was good. Everything was very clean. We didn't use the kitchen.

We are a British Couple who stayed in a private room on New Year's Eve. This hostel does everything it says on the tin. Somewhere to sleep, and good value compared to the city. It is certainly nothing groundbreaking, but if the price is good then go for it! Also, the shower was AMAZING!

The kitchen area was awful. Loads of mess. No kettle to make a coffee.

we booked a triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, instead we got a room for 4 people with 2 bunk beds and it was very small and not comfortable at all

Perfect location, short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. We will come again but choose a different room (possibly a quiet one!).

The shower doors were broken. The room windows were oriented onto the street and there was so much noise that we did not sleep at all. This place is really cool but only if you are lucky enough and book a room that has a windows into a courtyard.

The position respect to the congress.

The customer care is absent. I am still awaiting for the receipt of my stay despite I have contacted them both via Booking and via the email they provided to us. Also my working colleague, she is still awaiting their office to send out the official receipt (fattura). I have send them two messages via Booking and they ignore it, I have sent two email and also these have been ignore. I do not have any further comment. I understand this is an hostel, but if they don't want to give a receipt they should say it.

Big room, comfy beds, air conditioning, hot showers.

We booked a private room and the cleaners would always wake us up coming into the room. They would not knock beforehand, they would just enter even if we yelled through the door that we didn't need cleaning. This led to some awkward instances when I just got out of the shower and wasn't fully clothed....please train your staff to knock before entering a private room!!! Other than that, it was fine. They only give you 1 roll of toilet paper and a very small amount of soap/shampoo. The light in the bathroom didn't really work. Staff were fine. There is a vending machine where you can get water and beer for €2. 15 minute walk to town but there are a few cafes and shops near the hostel. If you're looking for a bar open late, check out Cafeteria empire (shisha bar) - they have pool tables, foosball, buckets of beer and are open til 2:30.

I was traveling at the beginning of September 2022. It seems there were not too many travelers and, therefore, me and my sister have got an entire room only for the two of us. The room was very tidy and clean with a conditioner, which made our night more comfortable. There was a private bathroom that also was very clean as well as modern. In general, it was a pleasant feeling to be in our room. Normally, I am very sensitive to mattresses and pillows and can sleep badly if they are poor quality but here all was excellent. I can imagine the room might be quite small if all beds (there were 6 beds in total) are occupied though. The location is not super close to the old town but within walking distance. It's a beach just 5-7 mins away and we enjoyed it a lot and had a magnificent night swim under the moon. From my experience, I give it 5 out of 5.
