Cost for the food is really high & in bathroom exhaust fans are not there

Location ,ambiance , weather, staff behavior all were good. Great experience !!
Rooms were very congested and no ventilation at all, too much mosquitos were there.

Nice big property.

Food menu is very expensive.
Bathroom seriously needs upliftment.
Need more options in indoor games.
Need more activities during Christmas week like magic show or karaoke if you are charging higher charges during this period

AC was not working properly, Room category shown in booking app was not which was given to us and maintenance need to be done for AC , Washroom,

Garden and greenery..
Rooms are old. Shower very dirty, on the pictures from booking.com it looks very nice but in real is just old and very dirty!! Please see the pictures I have uploaded. I Can't upload all here,also have videos of the room which I can't upload here but will do that on google reviews.
For a kingsize bed we got 2 separate single bed blankets without cover and with just two separate bedsheets like train. The blanket feels like sandpaper!!
Between 1pm and 4pm the pool is closed and even the restaurant outside is closed. You can only have something inside at the restaurant or stay in your room and call for room service.
From outside the property looks very nice, garden and greenery. Rooms,service and restaurant not worth a 4 star hotel at all!!

It was peacefull
There was no facilities as there is in other resorts like DJ or any music. Room view was not worth the rent paid.
