The room was extreamly comfortable and the staff were so lovely. Although it was a shared kitchen between 3 rooms we were the only room occupied so was not an issue.

Shared kitchen if all 3 rooms were occupied, luckily we were the only room. Building work next door, started at 7am, looks like ongoing for a while - new apartment block. Location was OK, but very run down. On main bus route to the city. Not a great choice of places to eat.

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful - very spacious and really modern; lots of room for all our luggage. The pool facilities in the hotel are great and we really enjoyed a dip in the pool after days of sight seeing.

This property is a bit our from Split Old Town - about a 10 minute drive, but with Uber and Bolt we had no problem getting in and out of Split everyday. The walls in this property are quite thin, so we could hear everything that was going on around us, especially if people were in the shared kitchen area making food.

The gym and hot tub and sauna were not open and we were told that it was bought by a somebody else and is no longer part of the accomadation. WiFi does not work outside of room or won’t work for Amazon fire stick as it is very weak. Stove top and coffee machine not working on kitchen. Manager was ignorant and intimidating towards my partner Towels weren’t changed for 5 days No paid shuttle from airport Accomadation on ground floor Brought all of this to attention of the host and nothing was fixed.

such a beautiful property!! the bed was really comfy and such a beautiful layout! it is about a 5/10 minute cab drive into the centre of split, so good if you want it away from the noise

pool was closed, quite a distance from closest restaurant

Very clean and comfortable, was a 45 minute walk to centre of split along the coast good location transport easy and accessible

just ensure you have clear instructions to enter apartments for security entrance

New, modern and also a kitchen corner.

Location is perfect... out of the hectic city center, but still very close if you are up to for a dinner or night walk...beach is close, but with perfect pool you do nit need it. Big park is very close and it is perfect for a running Room confortable and outdoor is perfect

The fact that the gym and wellness did not work because of Corona and it was not written on booking, but hosts arranged perfect gym for us in the town.

Nice room, modern, new.
