The property was very comfortable and did not have any complaints. Very nice outdoor sitting area with a quiet neighborhood.

We had an amazing time. The house slept all us women perfectly. The outside yard was beautiful. All of us enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities outside had to offer. Donna was a great host and easy to work and communicate with.

We rented this house as it was close to a group fishing charter we were going on. The house was spacious and had plenty of spots for a group of 11 grown men to sleep. The outdoor space is wonderful and looks to the marina. The house is in walking distance to marina/restaurant/beach bar. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Good family location. The property was clean and welcoming. Hosts were good communicators. We had a very good time. Highly recommend.

We’ll appointed by the bay
We had a great stay this past June with Donna. She was helpful and easy to reach throughout the whole process. The house is well equipped with everything you could need but not cluttered. It was comfortable and an easy walk to a nearby beach. I highly recommend any stay with Donna!

Busy area
We enjoyed our stay but was not expecting the area to be so busy with traffic and all the cars parked along the property.
The restaurant and tiki bar draw a lot of people. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going out of the Marina.

Perfect location
We rented both Kent Island Beach Houses, and were more than happy with them! Location is excellent and the convenience was exactly what we were looking for. Property owners are very responsive and friendly. Overall great stay!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this property. A very well appointed home with plenty of linens and supplies. Donn and Bob were great to interact with. We were a group of 10 adults and 3 kids and everyone had a great time at the house. A very comfortable home, clean and simple check in and checkout process. Will stay again.

Kent Island
In Maryland for a family wedding and we rented what I like to call the compound (two houses side by side) which suited our large family perfectly. There was plenty to do and we had comfortable, well stocked accommodations for us all to chill and have a great time. Thanks Donna and Bob for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Fantastic location for a group getaway
We had a wonderful time at the Kent Island Beach House II! A group of 11 of us traveled out for a weekend getaway near the water and this house was the perfect location. You can see the water from the back porch and can go for a swim and a drink across the street at Kentmorr. The kitchen was well stocked for an epic dinner that we cooked one night and the hammock in the back yard was definitely a fan favorite of the weekend. Donna was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great house and we'll appointed to accommodate all
Our group of friends stay together every Labor Day. Most of the time it is an Eastern Shore trip. So many great memories made in this area.

Perfect location next to a Restaurant, Bar & Marina- but you don't event have to leave your property to sit outside and have a beer and enjoy life!

Location, location, location -- wonderful beach getaway!
What a wonderful place to vacation -- steps from the marina, beach, tiki bar and seafood dock restaurant. The house's huge deck overlooks all of this and more, with views of the Chesapeake Bay. The spacious house has everything anyone would need, or could even think of needing, while there. The Harringtons are so attentive to anything that may arise, always willing to lend a hand. Parking is ample, privacy is abundant, and the fun is unbelievable.

The beach house is perfectly suited to relax, enjoy, and vacation in style.
I had six overflow house guest from out of town attending a milestone birthday celebration, I needed extra beds so I booked the beach house. It was perfection, clean, relaxing and spacious. My guests staying there were from California, Oregon and Washington they loved the views across the Chesapeake bay. Some Guests enjoyed walking the neighborhood, marina and beach followed by a drink at the local tiki bar. I would absolutely use this vacation property again!

Great Locations! Clean, spacious and well equipped.
Our extended family was on Kent Island for a wedding. We rented the KI Beach House II and the Golf House. Both properties were clean and very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Tons of extra pillows and blankets available. Beach House II is directly across the street from a Tiki Bar and private Bay beach and the Golf House is less than a mile away. The wifi worked great as cell reception is spotty in the area. All in all we could not have been happier or more satisfied. The Beach House II is laid out a little weirdly but still very conducive to family time.

Perfect for family!
The house was spacious enough for all of us to relax, and sitting out in the deck was perfect! We loved the easy access to the restaurant and beach with our two year old. So much to do around the area and Donna was so kind and responsive! Loved it!

Great house and location
There was 10 of us at the house for a family celebration. The house was comfortable, very clean, well maintained and the deck and large yard were perfect for hanging out and outdoor games. The tiki bar across the street was fun and a fishing trip with one of the charters from the marina was great! Donna and Bob were so nice and easy to work with and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Kent Island Beach House One and Two
We have stayed in both houses. The owners have outdone themselves with everything you need for a great experience. Houses are stocked with all you need except your clothes and groceries. They also have a notebook of information about things to do on the island and Annapolis. Top of the line and definitely a five star and above.

Fantastic house in a great location
We had 10 of us at the house for a wedding in Stevensville and it was perfect! Fun tiki bar across the street, large yard, comfortable beds and plenty of space! Donna was easy to work with, met us at the house and even let us use the volleyball court at the house next door since she didn't have any renters in it at the time. We would definitely stay here again!

well maintained, fabulous vacation and wonderful attention from the owners of the property
We had our senior trip (small school only 7 seniors) There were 11 individuals on the trip and house easily accommodated everyone. The home was clean and well maintained. The owners were helpful and gracious. The housing allowed everyone to interact during the trip and made for a lovely memorable time for the seniors. Thank you!!

Great house for family reunions and weddings!
Our family gathered for my nieces wedding and stayed a both KI houses. Donna and Bob were very nice to work with and answered all our questions promptly in preparation for our visit. The houses are as advertised. They were very comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Donna and Bob!
