Easygoing and peaceful
Donna and Bob are excellent hosts and their home is absolutely amazing! This was our second visit to this home. It has everything you need and want for a restful and peaceful getaway. It is well maintained and very comfortable. This home is on one level and provided easy access and mobility for our elderly parents. The water views and sunsets are beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing Stay at the Kent Island Beach House!
My group and I had such an amazing weekend at Donna’s house. Everything was exactly as pictured, and even better in person. Donna provided so many small touches that made our group feel at home. The sunsets were gorgeous off the front deck, and the location is close to everything. I would recommend this house to anyone!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The sunsets were breath taking. The house had everything needed for a great vacation. Swings, hammocks, BBQ, and bikes. The beach house decor was on point. Donna and Bob were very attentive and the communication was great. Many good restaurants to choice from if you didn't want to cook-in. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great getaway.

The house was as listed. Very beautiful inside and out. The views were amazing. We cooked in all week and the kitchen had everything we needed. My boys were there to fish and had a great week doing just that. Thanks.

Week stay on the water
We spent a week at this property and had a lovely time. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Everyone had a relaxing time and enjoyed the stay. Donna was easily reached and very good with communications. Would consider the property in the future.

Well equipped waterfront house
We had a great family stay in Donna's place. The house was very well equipped, especially for our relatives with a child. We cooked a lot so all the kitchen items came in very handy! And yes, the view and sunsets were very nice. It's a peaceful neighborhood but not too far from anything around KI. We would definitely stay there again!
P.S. We did one of the provided jigsaw puzzles (a Chesapeake bay map with Maryland blue crabs!) which was really nice, but keep in mind that the coffee table is not big enough for any of the puzzles and you will need to use the dining table. However, we were happy to use the outdoor dining table every day since our group was too big for the indoor one anyway.

Perfect for all ages
Lovely home with a beautiful unobstructed bay view and lots of outside space with shade at all times of day. Our group of adults, teens, and children was more than comfortable. From comfortable mattresses to a well-equipped kitchen and everything in between, this house is far and away the most thoughtful and comfortable rental home we've encountered. This will be our top choice when we return to Kent Island.

Spectacular Sunsets
This house was a perfect getaway for four couples. House was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen, all comfortable king beds in each room and a breathtaking sunsets over the bay. Donna was the perfect host, responding to all emails before arrival and checking to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

All of the comforts of home with an amazing view!
We needed a place to stay with our children and grandchildren that gave us the ability to visit while their home was limbo due to a move but still wanted to have a fun Easter. The views were incredible from every front window! The beds slept well and the kitchen was perfect for making cookies and dying Easter eggs. :) The front yard is a perfect Easter egg hunt location! Donna was the perfect host!

Beautiful Stay on the Bay
A comfortable, clean house right on the bay, so you can watch the sunset, the freighters, the sailboats, the waves, and the birds. It's a good fit for 8 occupants, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, a great fireplace, a fire pit, and outdoor grilling. We headed to the Eastern Shore for a pandemic escape and had a great time. It's also close to the Bay Bridge and there's plenty of grocery shopping and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend Getaway!
We recently stayed over the Labor Day weekend. The house is spotless and the view amazing. My husband and dad enjoyed fishing from the front yard and we loved eating on the back deck. The bike/walking path was ideally located for morning and evening walks. The owner, Donna, was a pleasure to rent from - super helpful and accommodating!! My daughter wants to make this our new yearly Labor Day tradition! Thank you to Donna and Bob for a wonderful and relaxing long holiday weekend!!!

Waterfront property, amazing views of the bay, incredible sunsets. Friendly community, local beaches easy to access. Bike trails nearby. Front and back porches - enjoyable for a meal or reading a good book. Inside the house was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Pleasant stay in the bay
We had a very enjoyable week at Bob and Donna’s house. The view of the bay was lovely and both the bayside and back side decks were very pleasant for sitting out. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. Be sure to bring your bikes because the bike trail is great to explore, can ride it to the public beach and the fishing pier! Thank you Bob and Donna for a great stay!

We just enjoyed a weeks stay, it was hard to leave. Very friendly neighborhood, close to bike path and fishing piers. Hosts were extremely accommodating and house provided everything we needed. We were looking to relax and recharge and this home did the trick!

Super Bay View and Comfortable Home
My husband and I stayed here to get away from the city and were delighted with the view, the extremely comfortable beds, and the pretty, very quiet neighborhood. A huge plus was the island bike path. Only thing missing was a way to get in the water in front of the house , but a lovely little beach was just a ten minute bike ride away. Donna was super responsive. So glad we came!!!

Cozy home. Had a wonderful weekend getaway!
We rented this home for a long July 4th weekend and had an amazing time! First, Donna made our check-in and stay very welcoming. She was also very accommodating with our needs, which made our stay very comfortable. The home had good yard space and lots of things for our kids to enjoy. The home was well equipped with nice, clean supplies. The best part of this house was the view. The sunset is something we'll never forget. Will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks Donna!
