We had a great weekend on Kent Island. We loved the area. It was so family friendly. We had lots of young children in our group, and this house worked great for us. The inside was nice with modern, but minimal decor, which was perfect for toddlers. The fenced in backyard was also just what we needed to let them run around.

The host Adam stayed in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
The house was beautiful, spacious. My children ages 3&7 loved it! And playing in the insanely huge back yard! I would recommend this home and host to anyone looking to stay on the anywhere near Kent Island.

We'd stay there again but with modified expectations based on our experience. The 'water view' is quite distant and obtuse. The water is hundreds of yards away, and separated from the house by several suburban style homes and an unpaved road.

I had a group of 9 stay here and we all slept very comfortably, cooked all our meals and spent most of our time on the back porch, or inside watching movies. Adam was great and super helpful and the place was very nice and comfortable.

My children and grandchildren loved staying together in one house. We were able to play outdoors and there was space to socialize and play indoors. We were a group of 11 and I felt it was a bit small for all of us. Great location for what we were looking for.

We have nothing but great things to say about Adam and his beautiful home! He was so accommodating and the home was comfortable and spacious for our family of 5! Couldn’t have had a better experience :)

The house is exactly as pictured- plenty of space and clean. Perfect for our stay with a group of friends, close enough to everywhere you would want to get to in Kent Island.

Perfect for our “sisters getaway.” Quiet neighborhood right by the bay. Just a short drive to nature trails as well as shopping and restaurants. Owner is very responsive! We would stay here again for sure.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days that was within easy driving distance to Annapolis Md and a few hours from our home on the lower Eastern Shore.
We looked at hotels on Kent Island and nearer to Annapolis, but even out of season they were very expensive shoeboxes compared to this home. This home has a large kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a view of the Chesapeake bay from the dining area. On the main road to the home is a friendly Elks lodge (we are Elks members) and a pizzeria that makes a great Ziti dinner. The community is very quiet, and we had a nice stay. The host had placed a complimentary bottle of wine in the unit, and it paired perfectly with the baked ziti.

This property was great for our group of four adults. It is perfectly situated between Annapolis and Easton, MD, so we had no problems seeing all the sights we had planned on. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the home has a nice view of the water. I would highly recommend this property.

The residence was clean and comfortable. Adam stood ready to assist in any manner. The neighborhood was quiet and the water view was beautiful. I'll gladly stay there again if in the area.

The property owner was excellent, providing a clean house that matched the online description. Check-in/check-out was easy, and the house came with all the listed amenities. The kitchen was well appointed, as it had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Kent Island Bike Trail and community open spaces along the shoreline for after-work downtime. Would definitely recommend this property (and owner) to friends and family.

The house was cute and comfortable but in a neighborhood that doesn’t tolerate ANY noise, even before quiet hours. I had 8, 50+ year old women- we were sitting on the back deck, eating crabs, talking and singing along to music. The host called me at 8:30 pm saying he was getting multiple complaints on the noise. Got a text at 9:30 pm with continued complaints about noise. We went inside at 10pm with no more complaints. So, if you don’t plan on making any noise outside before or after 10pm quiet hours, this is the perfect house for you. I wish someone would have left a review like this for me to read…I wouldn’t have rented it. The host was very nice through it all though.

We stayed at the house for an appointment at Johns Hopkins, which was about an 1h 15m away and not a bad drive. The house was clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the water views. The neighborhood was quiet. We also had a nice crab dinner at the "Fisherman's" off Rt 50 and followed up with a beautiful pier walk by the Bay Bridge. Adam was great with communication and it was a positive experience in a stressful time.

We loved the sailing decor and the ability to spread out in this house on Kent Island. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of young adults. The neighborhood was great for walking. It was easy to get to both Annapolis and DC. Perfect getaway for making family memories.

We booked Adam’s property due to needing more space for family coming into town for a few family events. The location in Kent island estates is very convenient.The property was great - it matched the photos, was very clean, and the check in/out process was very easy. We will definitely book again!

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play. Property manager was easily available. We enjoyed our stay.

We looked to find somewhere to take the kids for their Winter break. We couldn’t be happier with this find! The kids loved the house and the location was amazing. We were able to see the Chesapeake Bay from the window. We walked down the block to watch the sunset over the water. We were also able to drive 7 minutes across the island to see sunrise off of a pier. Both were magnificent. We went everyday to Matapeake Beach. The house was very comfortable and Adam was extremely easy to contact. I couldn’t believe how quickly he answered. We hope to be back!!!!
