Location and size absolutely perfect. Owner was excellent to deal with. Unit needs more seating in living room, upgrade to better pillows and sheets. For downtown area a perfect place to stay.

Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.

We rented with 7 girls for a bachelorette party! The location was ideal, as well as the unit. No complaints from us

This is such a fantastic location! The apartment/condo is bright, airy and well stocked. Owners gave clear directions up front including check in, parking, and check out. Directions were so complete that we didn’t have any reason to communicate with them again, leaving us free to enjoy a very special weekend. I would definitely recommend this unit and would rent again in a heartbeat. Oh, and the views… priceless.

This was a wonderful location. The accommodations were centrally located, charming and exactly what we needed. The space provided room for everyone to awaken at their own pace - appreciated. The deck overlooking the harbor had spectacular views.

Property was very clean. Owner surprised us with wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. 3 bathrooms made it ver comfortable for everyone to get ready for the family wedding we were attending. A/C was super cold! We enjoyed looking out at the boats from the balcony as well as people watching down below on the street. Parking spaces for 2 cars under the condo building, a bit tight but manageable and much needed for this area. If I ever see the need for a 3 bedroom again, I will definetley rent this place.

This condo is the perfect location to walk to just about everything in Newport. 7 adults fit pretty comfortably here and it was especially nice to have the extra 1/2 bath since were sharing 2 showers. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching all the goings on below. My only complaint was that the laundry was not complete at our arrival and the cleaning staff had put RUGS sheets and towels in the same load which kinda grossed me out. That being said we would definitely rent this one again and give it a 4 star ⭐️ rating.

A lovely stay with our young adult children who live in the Northeast. The property was beautiful and as described. The view to the water really added an open feeling to the home. Location could not be better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. Very clean and fully equipped. Loved our stay and recommend it to others.

Wonderful location for our 4 generations to gather for our son's wedding. Loved having both the top floor units for our family to go back and forth. The balcony is an added bonus. Right in the heart of Newport, near all the shopping, dining, and wedding venue at the Bohlin.

Our yearly girls’ trip, and the location was superb! Within walking distance of restaurants, wharves, shopping and the Transit Center for further afield activities. When at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony taking the spectacular views of the harbor and the sunsets. Well appointed with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this listing.

The Condo was perfectly located. We could walk to many things. We enjoyed the view from the deck. Everything in the condo was tastefully done and was very comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Terrific Thames St. location. Beautiful views of the water. Spacious and clean. The host left us a nice welcome package. Having two parking spots was so valuable to the stay because we had to come and go quite often. Great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. It did get a little loud outside on the weekend, but that is expected for Newport. A white noise machine was available for use. I look forward to renting again.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The balcony was the best place to hang out but you also have great views from inside. Very walkable area and lots of shopping.

The balcony is great people watching. Location is fantastic to walk to anything you want. Definitely get a breakfast sandwich across the street at Kafeology. And the place was perfect. Clean, everything you need. We walked in to a bottle of wine, chips and dip, cookies, beer! I can’t see why we won’t be back. Thank you!!!

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our stay at the condo.. It was centrally located which made going out very easy and there was so much to chose from as far as restaurants and live entertainment.

This is a superb location with a storybook view. The apartment slept the 6 of us comfortably. 8 would be a squeeze. There was a curtain which had fallen down in one bedroom which faces the street. Privacy issue.

What a great experience.. Condo pictures are just as listed and the location is central to all the shops. Park your car and go. Beautiful views from the kitchen to the balcony. Parking under the building is priceless! Kenton is so easy to work with. Will definately be back.

This condo is great and we would absolutely stay here again! Kenton is excellent with communication. He sent a detailed check-in email with all we needed to know before our arrival. He was able to help answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The condo is clean and comfortable and very well stocked--no need to bring shampoo, hairdryer, beach towels or the "little things" like trash bags, paper towels or toilet paper. This is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have stayed in. You walk in and can start enjoying your vacation immediately. The building itself is older, but the condo in not! The bathrooms are newly renovated and are bright and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and has all you need if you want to eat in. Sitting on the balcony you can people watch and enjoy the sunset. Best part of the condo is the location. You are walking distance to some amazing restaurants and shopping- 41 North is across the street with million dollar views of the bridge and the yachts. We also loved Kaffeology for coffee and breakfast sandwiches --Pro tip-- order online to avoid the lines! TSK -- amazing food and cocktails. Perro Salado for brunch is a must. Having two parking spots is unheard of in that location and a huge perk. I do want to mention it is important to read the description carefully-- this is a 2 and a half bath condo with 2 bedrooms. A den/living room converts to the third bedroom. The pictures online actually don't do the condo justice--it is brighter and newer than those seem. But they fairly represent the layout. Last thing to know--with the location being on Thames, it does make it loud on the weekends as the revelers are finding their ways home when the bars close. There were sound machines in the bedrooms to quiet the noise and were very much appreciated.

Our stay in downtown Newport at Kenton’s apartment was great! Having two reserved parking spots was fantastic. The apartment was well stocked with linens and towels, plus the welcome wine and snacks were a nice touch. Watching the sunset on the deck was a highlight. Even on a high floor, the main road out front is definitely busy, so I’d recommend bringing a noise machine for those sleeping in the front rooms. The spot was spacious, clean and overall a fantastic place to stay!

A great location right in the center of Newport. You can park your car and walk everywhere. The property is clean, spacious and very well maintained. Any issues you might have will be attended to promptly. I highly recommend this rental!

I was debating the accuracy of the online listing rating only because WOW the condo is SO much better than the photos! The view is spectacular, especially with the sunset which lit up the condo beautifully. There's way more space than we thought from the photos: comfortably fit everyone and a couple queen air mattress in the bedrooms. The half bath was clutch for 8 ladies getting ready at the same time during a bachelorette weekend lol the kitchen perfectly accommodated us all, even when we were all on one side during a mixologist class. One tough thing though was parking. There are only two assigned spots for the unit and then there's paid parking lots nearby ($20-30/night). Free parking exists but it's hard to find or a bit of a trek from the house; good thing is though you're right in the thick of downtown, so recommend consolidating cars as much as possible then once you're there and parked you shouldn't need to use/move your cars. Kenton was fantastic and immediately helped us resolve a couple questions/issues that came up during the weekend and beforehand while planning. 10/10 stay here again and if this listing came up in your search, definitely book it!

The condo was extremely clean and in a location that cannot be beat! The photos are a great representation of the condo. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend to everyone. Parking spot was super convenient, however everything is so close to the condo we did not need to drive anywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time. The property is very nice and has a fantastic location walking distance from many fun things to do. The host left us some us some much appreciated refreshments after a late arrival. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and a great view from the balcony and all the windows. I highly recommend it.
