Is my second time staying here. Location is not too far from station and easy to find. Nice Onsen, comfortable bed with 2 pillows. Breakfast has good choices of selection. Good place to stay when visiting Otaru.

櫃台人員很親切，離小樽運河一小段路，蠻近的，附近有若雞時代的烤雞店。，營業到21:00。吃完後逛22:00的小樽運河，超美的。隔天早上吃三角市場的海鮮丼，超級近的，離JR地鐵也很方便。

離車站稍遠，在雪地要從車站拖行李到飯店要費一番功夫。

廁所裏沒有洗手台，還是要到浴室洗澡，衛浴分離的意義就不大了

上下舖是很堅固寬敞的 完全不會撞到頭 地點雖然無法直接看到運河 但走出去很快就能走到 非常乾淨的房間

朝食が地元の食材を使っていて美味しかった。観光地の至近で便利。衛生的できれいにしている。

窓の眺めが良ければ言うことなし。値段を考えれば仕方がない。ちょっと外を歩けば運河や歴史的建造物が目に出来るので問題ない。

請大家留意星期六日千萬不要去停旁邊小七前的停車場，因為只看到無料或是聽網友介紹，忽略假日加價就被無良加價，沒公道，前晚九點到隔天跨假日下午兩點左右，就要台幣三千多元（日幣一萬四千元多），真是嚇人的停車場，家人有兩輛也同住該hotel,因飯店停車位已滿，又下雨，就直接停該處，真是繳費機繳費才知到，最初以為當機，繳費需要準備千元鈔一張張輸入，提醒大家假租車前往小樽要留意該停車場！

You can still smell that the rooms used to be smoking rooms (there was a moldy smelling air in the room and corridors), or that not all rooms were smoking free.

Few minutes walk from JR. Staff help to bring our luggage to our room as we came back after dinner. Staff also help to print bus time schedule tp Shakotan Pennisula, very good service. Hotel is new and super clean.

The bed was really comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was quite good. A bit of a walk from the JR station, but doable in great weather. It was also a quick walk to Sakaimachi Street and other attractions around the canal, which was great! There was also a nearby Family Mart so that was convenient.

The room and the toilet had a dank smell that didn't really go away even after we opened the windows to air the room or used the in-room provided air freshener. It wasn't too offensive, we got used to it after a while, but was still very present the moment we stepped in. There wasn't a lot of floor space to open our luggages either, but it wasn't too bad.

Check in staff - a lady was rude to us and shouted at us. We booked 2 rooms for 4 person, obviously was for 2 person per room. She insisted that 1 room was for 3 pax and the other room for 1 pax! I handed over my bookings paper to her, she then check on her computer and proceeded to do the rooms keys for us. During the whole check process, she did not put on a smile nor greet us and even showed us a displeased face, she did not even say thank you at all! Upon making credit card payment, she asked me to remove the card myself in a very rude tone! This is the first Japaneses I met during my 11 days holiday in Japan with such bad attitude and no manners at all.

Check in staff could have been more friendly rather than showing a displeased face. I have the bookings in black and white that stated clearly per room is for 2 pax. She could have checked properly before shouting at us.

The location is near Otaru canal, dining place and shopping street. The security is good, required key card to enter private area such as elevator, public bathroom. The breakfast line is small but varieties. The staff is very helpful.

Very cosy stay, beautiful room decoration. Peaceful music on the TV home page. Great location! Acceptable walking distance to all attraction. Hotel is also on the same street down to the Sakaimachi Hondori Street.

4 of us stayed in 2 twin rooms for 1 night. Location is very good, just 2 mins' walk to the Otaru Canal. Rooms were clean.
