Great location. Spacious and clean room. Nice bathroom. Very kind hostess.

Breakfast was served in a cafe across the street and it was quite poor.

Host is very kind and really gives her best to make you feel welcome. She waited for us at agreed time and instructed us in detail about everything related to accommodation. Every day we had new bottles of fresh cold water and coffee supplies. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed also. Location is excellent for visiting city center. Bus station with transportation to the airport is approx. a 10min walk away. I will definitely come back next time🙂

I couldn't find any flaw, everything was perfect to me.

The host is just wonderful: friendly and easy to communicate with. The room has all necessary (for us) things: a table with a socket near it, good wide bed with a comfy mattress, a fridge, a conditioner. The room is clean, the towels are changed daily, and also every morning the host gave us water bottles and coffee :). What is important, since it is a central location, the sound protection of the windows is perfect.

I personally prefer smaller pillows :). Also, the temperature of the water in the shower was sometimes difficult to regulate. It would be cool if you provide an adapter for European socket. The traditional Italian sockets are Ok for a phone charger, but for a laptop charger they are a bit too narrow. These are not so important moments, though. Just an idea for improvement.

Amazing. They were really nice! Our plane has been delayed for about 1 a half hour, we came after midnight and they were waiting still with the smile :) Amazing

Staff was helpful and polite, room was nice and clean. We got free cold water every morning in our fridge and an orange juice.

Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It's a voucher to the buffet next to the apartment where you can choose between a hotdog or a brioche and a coffee or a fresh orange juice. We ran out of hot water quite quickly.

The host was great, waited for our delayed arrival untill 2 am! Great location, great value for money

I liked the modern shower/ toilet and the entire floors of the room.

(1) I wasn't comfortable with the two single beds offered as a one double bed. It wasn't comfortable. (2) I wasn't happy with the fact that there was NO breakfast, instead the host offered me cupcakes (?!) with almond milk. I booked that hotel presuming I would be offered southern Italian breakfast which of course includes coffee as it said on the advert. If the host cannot provide breakfast for personal reasons, that's OK. However, then this should have been reflected in the ad and a discount on the hotel price should be applied instead of cupcakes.

Location is just amazing - just by the Castello Ursino - tons of wonderful, affordable restaurants around. Breakfast at the kiosk opposite had the best croissants I ever had in Italy. Spotlessly clean on arrival and fresh linen everday. Rosa is lovely, very helpful and available for questions!

Great property with great hosts and amazing view of Castello Ursino. You cant expect more - big room and bathroom, comfortable bed, great terrace with seating facilities. Rosa will make everything possible to satisfy your needs. The breakfast is in the bistro downstairs, which offers sweet and salty options.

Breakfast bar is relatively far from the hotel and located on a narrow sidewalk on a busy street - walking on Catania streets is not the best experience. The bar offers coffee and croissant only, every additional juice is charged (2 euros). In a nicer coffee bar right on the corner they charge for c&c 1.5 euro.
