Location was good near to railway station and bus stops

Firstly I want to ask booking.com that do they take responsibility of providing what is displayed on their website? Secondly the hotel treated us as if we are staying for free when we book through booking.com at some discounted price. Staff provided a clumsy room and said that it’s only on the offer as we have booked from booking.com I had booked a deluxe double room but was provided with that clumsy room. I booked the stay for next day in same hotel but they didn’t change my room and lied on my face that other rooms are not vacant. Overall a bad stay. They have good rooms but only if you book directly with them at higher prices.

Location was good. Room was good. Manager was so corporative. Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive. The staff was really supportive and accommodating.

Staff behaviour and management are too good 👍

The rooms were full of cockroaches. Despite being shown multiple rooms, all of them had the same cockroach problem without any resolution. The listing says breakfast included but the hotel denies having the facility to serve breakfast and they never have. The staff don't want to acknowledge the issues. Overall, very very bad place to be in.

Room and service is excellent outstanding. Must try their foods. Excellent staff behaviour cooperative as well.

Everything is good but lift sometimes works and sometime doesnt.

Value for money

And Basic facilities like plug points, tea coffee maker and complimentary breakfast missing
