I had a very important Zoom call and the Wifi worked great with no hiccups. The bed was soft. The shower was relaxing.

I couldn't find the light switch for the desk light. I ended up having to unscrew the lightbulb to turn it off.

I couldn't see hello kitty room :(

The breakfast is good, the location is nice too.

I truly enjoyed my second stay at Hotel Ole just like I did the first visit. The staff were polite and professional as always. I intially booked a king size room to accomodate two people. they made a copy of my residetial card and realized that I had stayed at the location before. They upgraded my room to a suite and that was awesome! Hotel Ole has been been my best experince concerning hotels in Japan and I'd defnitley recommend this establishment to any and everyone.
