- the hotel is in the red light district, the street is full of littering, piss, garbage,drunken people and prostituée. Don’t feel safe. - I received the code to open the door to enter the building, the door doesn’t always open at first trial, need to try several times. Called the host, no one answered. Constantly worried that I won’t be able to enter. - the stairs lead to the room are not solid and making a lot of noises. - I booked an appartement the toilets are shared not inside the room. This doesn’t correspond to the description. - the apartment doesn’t have bathroom, it’s only a douch cabin next to stoves, this doesn’t correspond to the description. - the douch cabin is not solid, I didn’t take the shower. - the room smells damp and mildew. - there are electricity cables hanging in the staircase. This could cause electric hazard. - I was so disgusted by this room I took early train and left, not a pleasant experience.

Horrible location, it is a very dodgy neighbourhood. Scary to walk in the streets at night. Weird people and sex-workers in the area. Very poor building that smelled like sewers and very very noisy

it had great location and a clean and large room, the host was very supportive

Streets outside were dirty. Although I did not get any problems during my stay, but paying attention to security outside the house at night is recommended, I was a bit worried when I saw crowds of young men gathered.

The building is very old that I was scared to even use the stairs (there is not an elevator option) and it's literally crooked.. The room was missing basic things, such as simple instant coffee bags or a hairdryer, etc. The heating wasn't working the 2 out of 3 days we used the room.. It only started working on the 3rd day after keep contacting the owner since day 1. We realized it was turned off from the gas boiler outside of the room (which is nested in the wall and can't be seen), and not from the valve inside the room. For 2 days the room was cold, with a feeling of a high level of humidity. The whole area seems very dodgy, but it was my first time in Brussels so I didn't know what areas to avoid. I travel a lot, but honestly, I've never seen something similar before. Really disappointed about the fact that this accommodation is a Booking partner.

Nothing really

No sink in the bathroom, the bathroom smelled like sewer,, the whole building smelled like mold, the are seemed pretty dodgy, I didn't know this was one of Belgium's red district which is ok, but those couple of blocks were really dirty and filthy, avoid this place
