Lots of room in this spacious property. Large kitchen with seating, large dining and living room. Two big screen TVs. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in village (no need to Uber!). If you’re looking for a spacious, clean property in the village, this is it!

This house was perfect, there were 3 of us and it was so nice each having our own bathroom! We spent most of the time around the big kitchen island or the fire pit. It was nice you could walk to town and get great food. The only thing I would suggest is having a folder with the property information in it as to how things operate and the wifi code,who to contact, etc. They did send me a pdf file on everything, but being on my phone, it was not easy to read on such a small screen. Some literature on the town;resturantes, ski info,stores, nearest hospital would have also been nice. I know, most people have phones that you can look up all this info, but it would have been nice having hands on.

Loved the house. Great location. Really enjoyed ourselves. Great walking distance to everything. Definitely want to come back. House had everything we needed.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for the long weekend in Ellicottville! Location was fantastic & place had plenty of space to spread out.

Spent the holiday weekend in Ellicott Ville. The house is very nice cozy warm such a short distance to downtown. Everybody walked was a great house for the family ages 3 to 65

This property was in a great location. But I did not appreciate that we had to make our own beds upon arrival. And the overall cleanliness was just okay, there was still a dishwasher full of dishes.

This home was a great place to stay for our 8 person girls trip. Easy walk into town and will try the spa across the street next time!

We had a group of 11 girls stay at the property for a weekend getaway. The property was very clean and well stocked. Only negative was that the downstairs/main living area was very chilly and it was quite warm upstairs but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and the location is perfect, the house is a good size and quite spacious!

What a wonderful stay! Our group of 7 stayed four nights and had plenty of room. Kitchen layout is perfect for groups and the front porch was a great place to enjoy the weather. Quick walk to lots of restaurants in town and a short drive to the ski slopes. Would stay again!

We stayed in this property for 3 days in March. Very close to downtown, and to Holiday Valley. The basement area was very nice to house all the gear our snowboarders had in between trips to the hills. Property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of parking for our group. The kitchen area is the best to relax, eat, watch TV and laugh together in. We will stay here again. ONLY issues we had: Kuerig coffee maker would not work, and we had trouble regulating the heat, it was extremly warm in the house (but better than being too cold). Neither issue would deter us from staying again.

Great location, management company made check in very easy and quick. Rental is a typical older rental house, but had been remodeled recently.

This house was one of the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was the best past with seating for 8 at the bar which was great for playing games. It was also only a short walk to town. Overall, I highly recommend!.

Easy to rent

The home was just as pictured. The basement and basement entry provided a wonderful place to get ski gear on and off without messing the house up! The management team did awesome getting the drive plowed despite 8 inches of snow showing up overnight.

Great location within walking distance of town. Huge kitchen to accommodate large groups. The home was fully stocked with everything you need for a ski weekend. Special shout-out to the plow driver - he took care of the driveway early in the day and even returned later after a big snowfall.

Perfect size house we had about 11 people six spent the entire weekend. Right on the edge of town you could walk right into a little town of Elicottville and you’re right up the road from Hollidayvalley mountain it’s perfect

The property was very nice inside. We were a bit disappointed with the outside, the lawn needed mowing and could have used a good grooming. Also the back entrance was full of cobwebs and could have been cleaner. The coffee maker was broken as well as the ice maker on fridge

House was beautiful and worked perfectly for our bachelorette weekend. Plenty of room. Easy Check in and check out. Great location, walking distance to town. We absolutely loved this house and would love to rent it again. Thank you.

Covid ruined our 2020 golf get together in Ellicottville but we got back to 33 West Washington this year. The accommodations were perfect for 5 golfers.

Was extremely clean, rooms were very spacious. Everything you need in the kitchen, clean sheets and towels. Wonderful weekend
