Uber to Broadway is reasonable. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 3 miles.

House was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Lots of stairs and levels. The neighborhood was not nice at all. We heard sirens every night. We did not feel comfortable walking outside.

We had a great time. First time to Nashville. It was very easy to find our way back and forth from different destinations. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house. It had plenty of space for a girls trip with large closets, big bathrooms, and great hang out space. Kitchen was big and had a great island with bar stools for drinks before going out. The kitchen was well stocked with cups and plates and anything you could need. When we arrived there were no dishwasher pods left but I texted the host who was really responsive and dropped them off before the end of the day. Living room was a great hang out space. The tv was easy to connect our own Spotify which made music simple for anyone to play. We took a lot of photos to the left of the tv. The lighting was best there! There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The washer and dryer were great to have when our towels needed a quick refresh. Overall the house was awesome! The only complaint is the uber prices to this area. Yes it’s only like 10-15 minutes to broadway and downtown if you have a good uber, but the cost of the ubers, Lyfts, and taxis was so much higher than I expected. Sometimes it was upwards of $70 to get to or from broadway. One evening it was $115 from broadway back! There are things close to the house but it wasn’t anything super awesome. It was basically a dollar store and a coffee shop in walking distance. We didn’t venture much more that way other than those two places. Going out spots, brunch spots and shopping definitely require a drive!

Ants on our honey when we left out overnight. Bottom room bed is very squeaky. Parking for two cars is too tight. Poor trash can setup in master bathroom. Could have used some dish towels. The availability of kitchen amenities was so so.

3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms accommodated 5 women for a 3 day conference beautifully! Property management was immediately responsive to our requests.

The property was as described and the property manager was responsive. The property was clean and minutes away from downtown Nashville and the local colleges. The only downside was just one bedroom has a tv. There was however a tv in the living room.

Very nice property. Only complaints would be the amount of stairs, the neighbor across the garage parking from property was always blocking us in with their car. We where in rental #2. Location was nice but was wishing us was a bit closer to more things to do.

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and a great option for families. There are two bedrooms on the top floor that could both be considered master suites, the middle/main floor is a beautiful and functional kitchen, living room (with pull-out couch) and a half bathroom. There is a third bedroom on the ground level with a full size bed and attached bathroom. The bedding was wonderful and the beds were comfortable, although quite firm. The kitchen was the best appointed rental we've had-- we did Thanksgiving there and had nearly everything we needed, and the dishes/silverware/glasses were very nice. The only things that we weren't a fan of were the stairs and the neighborhood. We got the impression that the neighborhood is currently be revitalized-- lots of houses appeared to have been recently remodeled-- but there was nothing desirable within walking distance, and we weren't very comfortable walking. I would highly recommend this property, but not if you're wanting to be walking distance from bars, restaurants and entertainment.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The property was as described and very clean.

Everything was as described. The property seems brand new, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to be together, plus big bedrooms and bathrooms too. It was a $10-12 ride from downtown. The neighborhood it is in seems up and coming. Communication was terrific, it was very easy to stay here. We did notice the rare train noise that was mentioned in other reviews but it was not very loud and did not bother us at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the Nashville area.

Property is as advertised in pictures. Very nice and great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. On the downside, it is very noisy between the traffic and the trains. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep! Had a bad luck with the laundry machine - it wrecked 4 of my shirts by discoloring them. The basement bedroom has a concrete floor and the couple that stayed in that room had to deal with ants. Not a couple ants.... Dozens! And the area is right in the edge of sketchville. Every Uber driver said lots of drugs and prostitution which is confirmed. Definitely not walkable...... But otherwise a nice place.

The accommodations are exactly as advertised

This house is very nice, good lay out and very updated and clean. Not really walkable, but a quick Uber drive to wherever you want to go in Nashville. One con (which is not the fault of the prooperty) is that it's located on a busy road with a train that goes through frequently at night making it a little tough to sleep so would recommend bringing earplugs to solve that problem!

Phenomenal vacation at an exceptional property. Just minutes from everything. Would highly recommend. James was great to work with throughout the process. Our group loved the accommodations. Look forward to returning in the near future.

This home is just as described and looks just like the pictures. Nice and clean. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space!! Would definitely recommend this home.
