The upstairs main floor accommodations (living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom) were great. Views were amazing! We loved the location to beach and boardwalk. The downstairs bedrooms were a bit underwhelming. We had to self restock toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. With 9 guests for a full week and lots of cooking, the amounts provided were not enough. This was disappointing given the price we paid.

Our family was blessed to stay for 3 days in this spectacular home and with an ideal location. Lou was helpful with the check-in process and providing tips for local attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer...

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family and the view and access to the beach was ideal. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, and taking long walks along the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing home with new finishes, and the room too accommodate larger groups. Incredibly close access to the beach and decent parking on the street. House was beautiful inside, yet comfortable for our family/kids. The view of the ocean was amazing. Pictures online are great, but don’t due justice for the in person experience and view of the beach!

We've stayed at this home twice now and I have to be honest, I like it better than any of the other homes we've stayed in at Seabright. The home itself is impeccable, extremely clean and modern. The master suite is one of the rare rental master suites that is actually something I would have in my home. The bed is nice and soft, the bathroom counter is clean, there's a massive tub and nice rainforest shower. How many times do you stay someplace and the master bath has a pedestal sink?!? It's awful for women! Nope, this place is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for group meals and the little bar area is cute. The downstairs was a nice reprieve as we always stay in October when we catch Santa Cruz's few hot days of the year. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and the whole flow of the downstairs is very spacious and stayed cool when the heat was in full force upstairs. Again: impeccable. I've never seen a converted garage that clean. I have no idea how they accomplished that but we appreciated it! The little extra master unit is very cute, and even though you're not supposed to cook in that kitchen (we didn't) unless you make other arrangements with the owners it was nice to have the island to work from. The owners were extremely kind and communicative. It's a 10/10 from me. We'll be back.

Great house for extended family vacation. Perfect location super close to the beach. The kitchen and main living area were awesome for hanging out and watching the beach. Communication with hosts was great - Lou was super responsive! Would definitely book again!
