We were looking for a place to stay for a volleyball tournament. Convenient, affordable, and a nice little quiet place to relax. Will stay again!

Setting on porch and listening to creek . Makes a great getaway.

The location was great. Very close to the volleyball venue as well as a grocery store. Wish we had time to visit some of the shops. The cabin/cottage was cozy and had everything we needed.

We had a nice short stay at the property. It was clean and as advertised. The location was nice for us because it was outside of town yet still convenient. The only issue is that the pans were old and dirty. Definitely need to invest in some replacements.

Very cute and spacious little A frame cabin. Loved sitting on porch after a day hiking and listening to river across from house.

We had a wonderful quiet stay. Communication was easy. We enjoyed being out of town where it was quiet. The sound of the river was beautiful and relaxing. Bring extra pans if you plan on cooking. There were only two pans in poor shape. That was our only downfall. We hope to stay here again.

Nice clean and affordable cottage. Listening to the Little Pigeon River from the porch was amazing.

Cute cottage away from the cities, but close enough to venture there.

This was the best vacation ever thanks to you! We absolutely loved the cabin "The Brier patch". It had all the comforts of home, and was so clean. Way better than a motel, anyday! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!! Location is perfect.

Wonderful location with the stream and quaint road outside the front door. Lots of places to walk. Only drawbacks were dusty drapes (on the tops), and a bed that was very firm. But the good certainly outweighed the bad.

Great house that was fairly close to Gatlinburg and easy to find. It was by a gorgeous stream and the house was clean. My only two issues were the shower door was broken and it made showering without getting water everywhere kind of hard. The other thing was there was only one bar of soap for the bathroom. With COVID I wanted to be more mindful of hand washing and bought soap for upstairs and the kitchen. Overall, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Actually we got in a little earlier in the day than expected.The ONLY thing we think the Cabin needs is the Shower doors are in poor condition and my wife had a hard time getting them to slide properly. But that is just a small suggestion to make others more comfortable.

Nice clean little cabin in a beautiful setting. Walking in the river and up to the covered bridge was nice. There are 4 cabins alike side by side but was still peaceful. Very close to Gatlinburg but a pain to Pigeon forge. Overall stay was very nice.

All in all really quiet...needs some deep cleaning... Chandelier so dirty...under bed trash left from prior leassor. and drapes need to be cleaned heavy soiled. Upstairs tolit Whistled loud, i turned off water and it stoped. New beds mattress's needed. Sorry ....being honest you need to freshen up....good location, with some updates and cleaning would be a excellent cabin.

Very clean , quiet place, loved sitting on the porch listening to the river , so peaceful, will definitely come back to stay in near future!! Loved it !

The cabin was fantastically clean and tidy! Everything we needed for our stay was easily found. The water pressure was terrific, and if you have stayed in other locations, it can be weak or have hard water in East Tennessee. This place is not at all like the generic big box resorts with cookie cutter cabins stacked on top of each other. The sound of the river was so relaxing and can be heard throughout the cabin with the windows open. My kids played in the water, ran around the huge back yard, explored the woods along the river, and had a blast without electronics!! There is no DVD player – so bring an HDMI cable for you laptop if you want to watch a DVD. This cabin is just outside of town but we got into Gatlinburg and Dollywood quickly. Well worth the extra couple minutes in the car to stay at this beautiful cabin.
