Alles andere war wie immer völlig einwandfrei, vielen Dank

Ich war schon diverse Male dort, immer top zufrieden; entsprechend ist das hier als "Ausrutscher" zu verbuchen und kein riesen Problem. Ich hatte 09:40 Uhr an der Rezeption angerufen ob Frühstück bis 10:00 oder 10:30 sei (sprich ich direkt runter rennen muss oder etwas Zeit habe) - die Antwort lautete dass an diesem Wochenende vor Weihnachten Frühstück sogar bis 12:00 möglich wäre. Entsprechend habe ich mir Zeit gelassen, kurz vor 11:00 Uhr ausgecheckt und gefragt ob ich meine Sachen dalassen kann während ich nun zum Frühstück gehe. Die Auskunft war, dass das Frühstück grad schon vorbei sei. Ich hatte der Dame daraufhin meinen telefonischen Austausch geschildert und auch auf meinem Handy nachgewiesen, dass ich tatsächlich zur besagten Zeit bei Ihnen angerufen hatte. Dies mit dem Hinweis, dass das kein Problem sei, dass es einfach passieren kann das einem Gast solche Fehlinformationen gegeben werden und ich einfach in der nächste Bäckerei frühstücken werde, ich aber natürlich nicht die 14 Euro für das Frühstück bei Ihnen bezahlen werde, das ich ausschließlich auf Grund der falschen Aussage nicht nutzen konnte. So weit, so gut... daraufhin kam aber nicht etwa eine Entschuldigung, geschweige denn irgendein Goodie (zweiteres hätte ich auch nicht erwartet, ersteres hingegen sehr wohl). Im Gegenteil, mir wurde selbst auf meine klare Weigerung, etwas zu bezahlen das ich aufgrund eines Hotel-seitigen Fehlers nicht beziehen konnte, wiederholt gesagt dass ich das Frühstück mitbezahlen müsste, denn schließlich - wörtliches Zitat! - sei das Frühstück zwar vorbei, aber ich könnte ja rübergehen und schaun was überig geblieben sei, denn daraus würde sich ja sicher noch ein Frühstück zusammenstellen lassen.

Good location close to the city center. Nice bar open until midnight. Friendly staff and clean room and good breakfast.

Die Lage ist Top. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus ist super.

Die Unterkunft liegt in bester Lage am Rand der sehenswerten Altstadt von Biberach. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Gastronomie und der Wheinachtsmarkt sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Hotelbar entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen! Das Hotel bietet sich auch zur wärmeren Jahreszeit mit zahlreichen Wander- und Radtouren bestens an.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt und auch die gratis Pflegeprodukte waren von bester Qualität!

Insgesamt eine gute Location, zentral gelegen, Frühstück gut.

there was no water in the room

The room was small but comfortable. it had a coffee machine which we could also use to boil water for our tea. A good variety of breakfast choices. The Reception staff and the Breakfast Room staff were very friendly.

Limited supply of tea supplied to room, only two tea bags a day. Also only two milks and 3 sugars replenished each day. The day before we were to leave they totally forgot to replenish the tea, sugar and milk, which we only realised when we went to get a cup of tea before bed.

Bar is beautiful and drinks were very good. Its all arranged with a lot of taste. Very comfortable bed and lighting in the room. Availability of coffee to go is an amazing idea :).

It was difficult to keep the floor in the bathroom dry due to the shape of shower and door; I needed to use the floor heating for it. The room was quite small.

central location

the worst hotel bed in 25 years. the mattress was so worn and hard it was near impossible to sleep. extremely uncomfortable. the towels in the bathroom were dirty with hair in them. no water in the room. this hotel is a complete fail. avoid at all cost.

Great breakfasts, cool rooms, although could be a little bit larger. But nonetheless a pleasant experience.

Lack of a working EV charger - the one present in the garage didn't work.

The restaurant was closed. It took me hours to find somewhere to eat in the town due to lack of cell phone coverage. The pillows were absolutely terrible. I appreciate that this is a personal choice, but they gave no level of support and left me very sore the next day. There was very little sound proofing, as I could hear another guest snoring in the adjacent room.
