Everything was exactly as shown, Kelsy was great to work with and very responsive - we had a wonderful time! Beach access was easy, pool and spa were amazing - we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location. Condo needs attention. Ant problem and furniture needs updating, especially master bedroom mattress. Overall we enjoyed our visit but could not have stayed any longer than the two weeks we were there.

We were very pleased with this property and the complex. The condo was very nice, updated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing and the location was very perfect. Kelsy was very accomodating. Would definitely consider this property for future stays.

We are a retired couple and over the years have stayed in numerous Florida condos on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and in the Keys. Our stay at Cape Winds was hands-down the best experience we’ve had. Fabulous beach, convenient location, and recreational activities we enjoy. The Cape Winds property is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit was first rate - bright, clean and well equipped. The factor that really set this experience apart was the exceptional staff at Stay in Cocoa Beach: Kelsy sets the standard for responsiveness, helpful information and quick resolution of any issues that cropped up during our stay. We’ve already booked our 2023 Cape Winds vacation!

Excellent location with very good ocean view. Unit 201 had everything needed to make the one-week stay comfortable.

We stayed here last year and loved this property. We still love the condo location, lovely wrap around balcony, and appreciate how well stocked it is...but, over the last year, it seems to have taken a bit of a beating and could really use some TLC. The master bedroom mattress has a plastic bag of some kind on it and was like sleeping on tissue paper - it was so noisy we had a hard time sleeping. Honestly, it didn't feel clean like it did last year. Overall though, it is a great condo and a terrific location.

The condo was very clean and neat. All items were functional. The walk to the beach was as short as could be. We stayed here more than five years ago and will return here again

We had a very comfortable stay at this clean and well equipped condo. Having a corner unit was great for maximum views and a little extra quiet. Nice location within the building as it’s farthest from the pool which was extremely crowded our entire stay (so crowded that we didn’t feel comfortable using it, but not surprising as it was the week just before July 4th.) The public beach ramp was super convenient from this unit, just steps away and closer than the building beach access. Being on the 2nd floor we had a great ocean view, the first floor in this building cannot see the ocean. Parking was ample and lots of covered parking is great in the heat. 25 min drive to KSC and almost walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier. Management company was exceptional with communication and very helpful. The building is more dated, but this unit was updated and we had no issues and were very comfortable all week. Would certainly stay in this unit again.

We were very happy with the entire property. All the residents were extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was just sorry it ended so quickly.

This Condo was right on the beach with access to beach on both sides of the building. The condo was well maintained and clean.

Our family of 5 had a extended weekend at this delightful place. The location is perfect, the apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and well stocked, right down to beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! The beach is amazing, and the pool lovely. Would absolutely stay here again!

Needs a little refresher... some new painting .... cloth couch needs cleaned etc .... overall fine .... but ... with a touch of TLC, could be perfect!

This condo is the most well-stocked rental I've ever stayed in. They thought of everything from extra paper products, coffee filters, laundry soap, beach chairs, lots of extra towels and well-stocked kitchen. The corner balcony is great for lounging and there is plenty of space on it for multiple folks to chill. This unit is immaculate.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It has a nice ocean view and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

This property was great. So much sun, great pool, great unit and adequate accommodations. I look forward to returning.

Can't get better location to the beach than this condo. Voted best beach by my teen sons because of the waves and lack of rocks/shells. Very convenient to shower off poolside after day in the surf and sand. Overall condo was as expected but could use some updates. Relatively clean, but beach toy closet floor was full of sand.

We enjoyed our family vacation! The property at Cape Winds is in a great location! Easy check in process and had all the essential items to enjoy your stay. Abundance of towels and beach items as well. The pool and hot tub on site is clean. The perk to this condo is having the washer and dryer in unit. Located at the end of the 2nd floor so we did not have a lot of noise or traffic which was nice. Enjoyed looking out from the balcony and hearing the sounds of the waves. With NASA being a short distance away we enjoyed seeing the two launches from the beach this week. Several restaurants to choose from or if you choose you can cook in the kitchen. Everything was as expected and highly recommend Jaclyn in Cape Winds 201. We will diffently be back again.

enjoyed the place a lot.

This was rented for my son and daughter-in-laws honeymoon. They had a great time and loved the proximity to Disney World and Kennedy Space Center. The condo was clean with plenty of room and the beach was wonderful. Thank you for providing them with such a wonderful experience.

I just spent spring break at unit 201 Cape Winds with my wife and two teenage kids. The place was exactly as expected. Great location, great beach, easy check in and check out. 4 stars because it could use a deep cleaning. We would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Winds. You really can’t beat the location! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Plenty of towels, beach equipment, pillows etc.. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it looked like there were lots of dishes if we needed them. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach was beautiful and we were even lucky enough to catch a rocket launch from the balcony on our last night there!! We loved the electronic door lock, it was so nice not to worry about keys. The twin beds were really comfortable however we didn’t find the king size to be overly comfortable, it would be amazing if the king size had the same mattress pad that the twins do. All in all our stay was great and I really just have one piece of advice for you if you plan to stay here. Bring your own toilet paper. They had plenty there but it is the super thin papery kind that after a week had the whole family wishing we had just made a run to the store for some decent rolls.
