The rental unit was in a great location. The interior of the apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything a chef needs! The view was beautiful and it was great to be able to cook and look out at the ocean at sunset and in the morning. Close to restaurants and shopping but nice and quiet at night. The parking situation ended up with us having to rent garage space about 5 blocks away. Unless you have a smart car the parking space that comes with this unit is too small for any other car.

We enjoyed staying in this condo, in a great Carmel location, Although parking could be a problem, we didn't have too much difficulty parking across the street or close by. We would stay there again.

This is our 4th time staying in this condo in Carmel by the Sea. Looks just like the pictures, plus an ocean view that you just can't appreciate without seeing it in-person. The management team here is fantastic, the place is super clean - especially important during these days of Covid 19. Windows all around, great light, skylights, updated kitchens and baths. Couple of local seagulls stopped by every day to entertain my daughter. Park your car and walk everywhere from this place.

Fantastic Carmel Experience
We have been to Carmel many times and it is always a special place. It was made more special by staying right downtown in such a nice apartment. The apartment was clean and well appointed. There is some town noise in the early mornings with the street cleaning and sanitation trucks but nothing that would prevent us from staying again at this apartment.
