We were pleased with the house. Very nice place to stay. Close to beach and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean and had all the necessities!!! Overall kid friendly as toys, movies, and beach toys were provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from the beach and many other places to have fun and enjoy! The owner was amazing. He checked up on us to make sure we checked in and everything was fine. I had to contact him a couple of times, and he always answered in a timely manner!!! We would definitely use again!!! We had a great stay!!! It was more than we expected!!!

The property was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and only minutes to public beach parking. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. The twin beds are a little stiff, but we remedied that by buying 2inch foam toppers. The neighborhood was super quiet. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Would rent again.

Loved the property and the stay. Michael was very easy to work with and communicated well. I have nothing bad to say except the speed bumps are awful if u have a small car and the mattresses need updated. Would def stay again beautiful home.

The house was in a great location, as it was close to ball fields we were playing at for the World Series. Spacious and mostly up to date. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

The property could use a little updating, especially new painting of the walls. Overall, we had a great stay. Had some issues with getting checked in on time due to the cleaning crew running late & they left some areas unclean. But I loved that I could communicate with the owner. He was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Great house. Very roomy and nice! Only a mile from the beach. Had a very good time and would recommend.

All was very nice and well equipped. The mitattresses in the twin room will need to be updated before to long but still usable. Good location, nice and quiet. We will stay there again.

Rented this place for PCB fastpitch world series. Minutes from the fields and everything else you would need or want to do. Property owners was outstanding, and had great communication with us. Can't wait to do it again in 2023.

It started when I asked for cleaning.The floors were sticky he attributed it to my kids eating ice cream which was bought in after his cleaning guy came to mop…we had no tissue there was cob webs everywhere the bathrooms were dirty the blinds broke and to top it off we had no use of the dryer and MICHAEL made sure to send some one one just for him to ramble on about how cheap this guy was and he was sure he wouldn’t fix it the dryer had no heating element…WE HAD TO FIND A LAUNDROMAT VERY INCONVENIENT especially being here for a softball tournament washing clothes was essential. The carpets are filthy the kept all our socks black on the bottom. The room in which had 2 twin beds the linen was dirty and of course we had no way to wash and dry it. Hopefully he hires a legit cleaning crew and makes sure his appliances are operational not just having a attitude of well I got no complaints previously…MICHAEL everyone doesn’t use everything it’s your responsibility as host to make sure your stuff is in working condition between stays…great area just/neighborhood just avoid SUNNY DAZE…I wish I could post pictures here if you stay his guest book has both good And bad reviews take heed

Had a great time everything was easy to get to from the property. If there was any questions Michael would respond very quickly. And we thank him for letting us stay.

The house was was just as described in the listing. It was very spacious and plenty of room for our family and 4 kids. Michael was very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved a few issues we had upon arrival. The house was clean and had most items you would need for a week stay at the beach. Be sure to bring dish detergent, trash bags, etc. as very little are provided at check in. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed for a week. It was our first time going to PCB. The house was perfectly located between Pier Park, the nightlife of the beach and the quietness of a great neighborhood. We were able to take a run to the beach on the mornings. We would certainly stay again.

This was the perfect place for our family of 7. We were visting for a youth baseball tounament (we didn't do well) and we were close to the complex, close to public beach access, close to everything! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, great location and a great price! Easy check in and check out and we were able to check in early! We hope to visit again soon!

The rental agreement needs to be updated with the correct front door code and gate code. We were not able to get in After 9:00 one night because the gate code didn’t work and the owner’s phone went to voicemail every time I called. We finally were able to follow someone in. The carpets should be replaced, they made our feet black when walking barefoot, likely full of mold as it felt damp as well. The master shower has a grocery sack wrapped around the head as if to stop a leak, it doesn’t work. The cleaning crew could do a better job of getting all of the dirt and trash from previous guests cleaned up. Some of the previous guests wrote similar reviews in the guest book. We are not completely satisfied with the overall experience.

The description of this property is accurate. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to cook for your family. The neighborhood is very nice also.

Our Gulf Shores plans were cancelled due to Hurricane Delta. But all was not lost thanks to our stay at Sunny Daze. We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The beach is our favorite place and we were not disappointed. Hope to come visit again

Very accommodating, highly recommended!

We were a total of 9 b/w adults, teens and kids. House is larger than it seemed in the pictures. Overall communication with owner was consistently good. Beach parking is easily accessible by pier. Overall, we had a good time.

House was nice and well organized. Could use an update. The beds where very thin. Nice neighborhood and close to the beach.
