My friend & I had booked this villa pre-covid to spend some quality time with our older children, the villa exceeded all of our expections....stunning villa, beautifully designed & decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped right down to the little touches such as tea/coffee/medical supplies & a lovely bottle of bubbly left in the fridge upon arrival, it really did have everything that we could have asked for. The villa is set in a lovely quiet location but only a short taxi to both Los Cristianos, Playa De las Americas & Siam Park. The hosts were very friendly, their commuication was excellent and they really did go out of their way to make us all feel right at home. We had three of us that suffered with terrible sunburn & our transfer was later on in the evening so the thought of hanging around all day from the usual 10am check out time was daunting but because the hosts had no bookings to check in that day they kindly agreed that we could have a later check out time at a small fee which we were very grateful for! When writing reviews, I am the sort of person that can be quite critical or be that annoying person that is always making suggestions on how things could be improved upon but on this occasion there really is no need as everything could not have been any more perfect than it already was and I have been left with nothing negtative to comment on. Thank you for such an amazing stay....We hope to visit you both again in the future!

The standard of the property actually superseded our expectations based on the pictures and prior info, which is rare. The house, in colonial style, is maticuluosly well refurbished and kept both inside and out. Cleanliness on arrival exceeded luxury hotel standard, which amazed us. House had all that we needed for a family of 5, including a fresh, modern and well equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and baths and, last but not least, a sunny outside area with great seaview and heated pool. Super cozy neighbourhood with only a few meters to mountain hiking trails and just a 10 minute walk to Jungle Park, which was great for the kids. Great communication with the owners throughout the stay. Owners' recommended local restaurant, the Finca, only a few hundred meters away was on point with great canarian food and entertainment. Although its just a few kilometres from the big resorts this property feels worlds away. It's in a lovely village with a handful of lovely restaurants that are easy to walk to. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend.

very nice place with attention to detail, clean, great view, heated pool and Thomas the owner friendly and helpful for every need. this villa made my tenerife holiday unforgettable!

You really need a car and their is parking on site for a small car but good local parking as well. It is in a residential area so you are not surrounded by tourist but families. We will try and return and Thomas was great and left us to ourselves which is what we like but was there when needed.

We stayed at the villa from 15th Dec to 29th December. The owner welcomed us personally and made us feel really welcome. The villa was well maintained, spacious and well equipped.. Its location was a short taxi ride into Los Christianos and Del Duque areas for shopping and restaurants. The local small supermarket was a short walk away and stocked all the staples you might need but larger supermarkets were a short drive away. Similarly in Chayofa and a short walk away are three restaurants and we enjoyed the Cuban cuisine. We would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent villa lovely views very peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Tenerife. The villa was super clean, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal - there were a few bars and a supermarket within walking distance, while beaches and other tourist spots were just 10-15 minutes away. Only slight issue was a lack of air conditioning which made the villa warm in the night, but only a minor problem. An excellent place to stay and would definitely recommend!

For our stay this was a very good choice: -Clean and spacious villa with a heated pool -Only 5 minutes by car to the beach and to grocery store -Very friendly property manager The property is also big enough to spend the day without need to leave it. I can recommend anyone going to Tenerife this villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas’ villa, Thomas couldn’t do enough for us, he was a wonderful property manager and the villa was the best we have stayed in, in Tenerife! The only thing that would make this better would be to offer a maid service half way through the week at an additional cost. Thank you so much again Thomas, I don’t doubt we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chayofa. The villa is in a perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday but only a short taxi ride to the busier areas of tenerife. We highly recommend the tree house restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The best food we had during our entire stay was here! They know how to cook a good steak! And Sam, the waitress treat us like family. The villa itself has everything you need and more. The villa is huge with plenty of space for everyone and the balconies off the bedrooms were lovely with outstanding views. The sound bar was excellent for listening to music whilst chilling out by the pool! Thomas and his wife were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a mixture of peaceful relaxation and exploring the island! We'd love to return and do it all again!

All 6 of my party with various ages where well briefed by our hosts as to local amenities and taxis. If you don't have a rental car taxis are cheap enough and always available.The property is magnificent with everything you need for a relaxing stay.. If there are any issues Thomas and Almira are there to assist.The quality of the furniture around the pool and both for indoor and outdoor dining is superb.. The property is spacious giving everyone their own space if needed . The weather was very cloudy but this did not stop us going to local resorts where there are numerous excellent value for money restaurants. Thank you again Thomas and Almira and hopefully see next year.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. Thomas and Aimara are wonderful hosts. Four couples stayed for two weeks at this spacious property. The grounds were lovely, with a nice pool and outside furniture. It was spotlessly clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot for our friend getaway. Tenerife is a beautiful island.

Everthing was excellent, the property was clean and in perfect condition. We were 11 in the house from the same family, three children 4-10years, with parents and grandparents. The house was perfect for us and the owner was very frendly. We highly recommend this place.

Great communication from the hosts who were also there to meet us upon arrival and provide any assistance necessary. The villa is just as pictured and wonderfully clean. Some nice local restaurants and shops although we had a car. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to visit the island.

We had a lovely stay in the Villa del Duque. The house is newly renovated with great rooms and facilities. The lounge area by the pool is cosy at night and the balconys by two of the bedrooms give great opportunities for privacy if you travel more couples together. The house is located just few minutes walk from the center of Chayofa where there are three nice restaurants, especially the Cuban reasturant was great with good food, vine and live music. We are definitely considering returning to this fantastic house next year:-)

The villa is very modern & spacious with a fabulous kitchen to cook in & plenty of eating & entertaining space. It was spotlessly clean with luxury towels & bedding provided. The beds were very comfy! The outside area is lovely with relaxing sunbeds, comfortable furniture to sit & eat & the luxury touch of a double bed to sunbathe on! The villa is walking distance to a small number of restaurants & a small supermarket. The main shops & large supermarket are a 5 minute drive or bus ride away. The owner Thomas & his wife are very welcoming & were happy to recommend places to eat & visit. All in all it was a very relaxing week. Definitely recommend.

We holidayed with another family, our group consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The villa is as pristine and contemporary as the photos show and there was plenty of room for 2 families. It is situated a couple of kilometres from the busier resorts on the coast meaning that it’s very peaceful by the pool but the coast is within an easy drive. There are 3 restaurants in Chayofa, 5 minutes walk and we tried them all. I believe there is also a shop in Chayofa but we drive instead to the supermarket at the mall, a. 5-10 minute drive away. Thomas and Aimara live close by and couldn’t have been more helpful. If we go to Tenerife again, this is where we will stay.
