We really enjoyed our stay! We were close to the pool, everything was clean, and it exceeded expectations. There were box fans for the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to the convention center.

My girl's and I had a wonderful stay in your rental. Very well kept gated community. Definitely would recommend this place .

The condos were fantastic. Restaurants, Publix and misc. retail outlets within walking distance.

This was an amazing place to stay! Centrally located for food/shopping and easy to get to Universal! The resort had lots of amenities and our condo was wonderful to relax in. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

The stay was wonderful! Great location and plenty of space. The one challenge was arriving later that evening and needing to purchase most amenities (i.e. garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent) given we were a group of 7 girls. Aside from those minor things, we loved the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to all the attractions. Best part was close to the club house and pool!!!

Great place to stay during our venture to Universal Studio. Also walking distance to Walgreens, Publix, Pizza Place & Beth’s Burger Bar is excellent. Beautiful condo but queen mattress needs replaced. Ana was great communicating with me. Will definitely check side a return visit.

This place is only a few minutes from Universal and only 10 mins from Disney. Can walk to Publix and some restaurants and Walgreens. Pool is nice and even has bar.

Great location ! It was clean ,safe, near grocery store, restaurants , and local attractions! Communication was quick ! Easy check in and out .. Teens enjoyed the pool and game room and of course having Chic Filet across the street was a bonus .

I took my 19 year old daughter and 2 of her friends to Disney and Universal/Islands of Adventure, and this was a perfect location. Not far from the parks at all, it was so convenient. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. The condo was exactly as it is in the photos and was ver clean upon arrival. Everything went very smooth and the contact person was excellent with communication. It was a great stay and we were very happy, would definitely book it again!

We came for 3 days to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday. The place is close to universal with many restaurants and shops nearby for convenience. Love that it’s in a gated community. Highly recommend, would stay again.

I stayed here with two colleagues for a conference. The space was exactly has described, and I enjoyed the convenient location. Within walking distance is a Chickfila, Dunkin, groceries and a burger restaurant.

The unit was close to the pool and bus pickup for our VMX event at the Orange County Convention Center. The unit was clean and as described. The only complaint was it would have been nice to have a few more trash bags provided for a 6 night stay.

Enjoyed our week in this location. The rooms were clean and spacious and were perfect for our family of 4. The location was great getting to Universal, and there is grocery stores and restaurants very close.

My family of 5 stayed at this property to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Its location is close to Universal Studios which is what we wanted. While the property looks like the pictures, it’s not as nice in person. It seems like it needs updating - flooring is unfinished in certain areas (which was weird). The master bathroom toilet ran which we reported and the handyman came to fix it. We also found that the kitchen sink was leaking. They fixed that the last day we were there. The dryer also made loud noises and would turn off suddenly and then restart. I didn’t report it because I felt like a bother. I also noted that while there are extra pillows, there aren’t extra linens. I couldn’t find any sheets for the pull out sofa either (not that we needed it). While the parking lot is gated, there is open parking directly in front of the building which would allow anyone to park and walk through to gain access to the unit. There were also ants in the second bathroom in the sink and on the counters. Again, didn’t report it because it was raining and I felt like I kept complaining. We were only there for a few days so I just kept cleaning up. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and would not stay here again

The property was as described in the listing, however we did have a few issues. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all, I think the bed could use an upgrade. Also, the master bathroom toilet had issues but we didn’t want to ever call to get it fixed because we were always in and out trying to go to the theme parks nearby. Also the community pool had issues with the hot tub, some days it was cold some days it was hot, which made for not the best experience after you had walked miles all day at the theme park. All in all I would say the property is just OK definitely could use a little TLC.

My husband, 4 sons over 20 stayed here for a nearby wedding. This place was extremely close to pool and gym. Pool was large ,clean with plenty of chairs. Had a bar with small dining menu, totally unexpected. Condo was clean and beautiful identical to pictures. My only wish was for more towels for bathing and for pool since there are no pool side towels. My grown sons had a great time at nearby universal and local water park. A friend came by to visit and was jealous of my place over what she rented elsewhere.

Great location. Close to airport and Disney and universal. Loved that grocery store and Walgreens was close. We had a rent vehicle but even without it could get supplies for condo.

Our family stayed at this home while visiting Universal. The location to the park, and other restaurants and amenities was excellent! Lots of great restaurants to walk to! Check-in was easy, and overall a great stay!

Everything was great, it was a perfect situation for 4 adults and 2 kids on a business/personal trip. The only issue we faced during our stay was a loud dryer, but it still worked. I would definitely stay here again.

5 stars!! Perfect location for any Orlando trip, close to everything but far enough away to not be very crowded. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Ana's place. The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our main reason for staying was to go to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica so the location was perfect. We were literally 5 minutes away from all three places. Ana was great to work with and check in/out was a breeze. I highly recommend Ana's place and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Great amenities. I loved the walking trail. And super close to everything. And if you're in the mood for burgers, Beth's Burger Bar is the place to go, walking distance!!

My family and I stayed here for a small vacation, to Universal Studios Volcano Bay. The location of the property was perfect for all of our vacation activities, with everything we needed to make our stay great. I'd definitely recommend this property to others, and am looking forward to coming back.

The property was very nice and the location. Fantastic for our needs However, four women had to share one bathroom because the other one constantly was stopped up. The property manager was very responsive and sent plumber each time.

Our family of five stayed comfortably here. Our oldest son had a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and this property is conveniently located close to the Vista Cay pool and workout room, the convention center, a grocery store, and all the Orlando parks. Highly recommend!
