Unprofessional service, pool was not clean, poor internet signal, high tension wires hanging in the balcony touching the rail.

Steep pedestrian only street access. You have to carry your bags about 100M from your vehicle. Not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. the water pressure was very old in the shower and the water barely dribbled out.

We booked three rooms. We tried to change the booking, but it was never confirmed and messages via booking.com were not replied, therefore we traveled as booked. It was immpossible to reach anyone by phone to clarify. Arrivimg we got informed that of the three booked rooms only two are available, because we would have changed the booking. As said, it was never confirmed and we wrote therefore via booking.com that we keep the paid booking. As there were only two rooms, some had to sleep on matratze on the floor. The very anyoing issue is, we never could talk to the Manager during our stay and the hotel wants to keep the payment for the third (missing room). We talked many times to reception and tried to call the manager , impossible to reach. Many too add to the Story, but i will stop here. Excellent location, nice place, there was a pool and also a grill for a Carnita Asada. It has a parking lot (althought it's not in the hotel's location, is like a block away but that's normal in xilitla)

When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk so we had to wait for a while. Also the internet was no really working and the tv had a strange error in which out of the blues the menu would pop off and it wouldn't close until I turn it off with the control.

The staff is the best staff that I ever seen in a small hotel. The girls offered to walk my pet and to take care of her. We loved this attitude. The location is good, they have an external parking lot. It's OK.

Only the beds, but, the room was so cozy. That was completely fine to me.

The parking's location was far away. You can't see your vehicle meanwhile you are in the hotel. It has no restaurant therefore you need to buy food outside at town square.
