Best part of this property is its very close to the temple. My parents were able to visit the temple with no hustle. Room was okay but less ventilated. Staff was North Indian but he can fluently speak malayalam! He was good and helped us throughout our stay. Will look forward to have more stays here whenever we visit the temple.

They don't have a restaurant and there is no hot water kettle/ tea and coffee making facility . The room is small and there is no space for luggage.

No hot water facility after 7am.if we check in after 7am, no hot water at all. Poor response by the staff. Tv won't work, most of the electric plugin points are not working

Room was very neat and clean. I loved the matted blinds on the window and the wall n floor tiles in the bathroom. Compliments to the interior designer/decorator .

There was NO HOT WATER coming in the geyser of my bathroom of Room No.305 at 5.15 a.m. and so we had to have a cold water head bath. KINDLY ATTEND TO IT . This was the only facility which I cannot appreciate , due to which I cannot say that the hotel stay was 'value for money' or that ' it met my expectations ' .

The location and the ambience was very good .The premises,the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere made it a very happy stay. The room was very clean, which was the best thing about the hotel.

Hot water was available only for specified hours. It could have been made available in the evenings also.

The hotel is in a very good location ... i stayed with my old parents so it was vety convenient for them to walk and reach the tenple also hotels avialbke for food everything in a stone throw diatance ..... all fine i liked the service

Everything expect the staff , staffs i guess the main managers were not at the hotel he was not available due to some personal reasons i believe the staffs availlable during my stay was all the cleaning and other staffs so thy kinda dint take much responsibility as everytime i call up the reception the line went unanswered ...otherwise it was a good stay there was no brush and tooth paste available in the rooms to get one i called up reception n number of times they dint answer the call .....
