Great location, owner excellent to deal with

overall, it is a nice place to stay, however, the check in time charged from 2pm to 3pm, leading to the loss of 1 hour for my paid booking. which is not expected to happen under a leasing contract condition. the check out time changed from 10am, to 3pm, then back to 10am with less than 2 hours notice. this caused great inconvenience

From the location to the beautiful apartment it was stunning. Will definitely be back to stay again. The owner/manager was very accommodating and always prompt with responding.

We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend in the apartment. My elderly mum isn't very mobile so having beautiful views from the balcony meant she could enjoy the weekend without having to go out a lot.

We stayed for a week in the school holidays and it was excellent. A perfect location especially if you have children and elderly. Lift access and ramp were great for my elderly mother and the teenaged loved the location to everything. Beautifully furnished and most things you’d need. We will visit again.

Apartment was beautiful in good location for restaurants etc which made it an ideal spot Unfortunately the lift was out of order Our host went out of his way to make our stay as best we could under the circumstances & we really had a great time there Would recommend it to others wishing to stay there

Perfect location for kids play area, water park & beach as well as restaurants etc. hardly needed to use the car. We were very impressed with how Alan attended to a little hiccup we had on first day which made our holiday :) Thanks so much again.

The apartment is very spacious and provided comfortable accommodation for our multi-generational family. The small TV room was ideal for the children and the general presentation of the property was good and the view was very special. The only downside was it seemed to need a good clean but this may be because of the tight turnaround of guests in this high season. All in all it is a lovely property and our family enjoyed our stay immensely.

Overall the property was pleasant, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was an odour in the second bathroom that made it unusable. Otherwise close to the water, restaurants and shops. Convenient to beaches and walks.

Great position very nice apartment

The apartment is as pictured and expected online. Everything was in working order, hadn't had to call for assistance or help during our stay. Check -in was available ahead of time, and check - out was extended till 7pm on our last day. This was such a privilege we were grateful for, and not usually available anywhere else. We came prepared with household supplies, this was noted, as the property stated it only supplied minimal detergents, tissues and condiments for cooking for guests. We were impressed with the spaciousness, decor and views this apartment offers. The convenience of being in the heart of The Entrance made a great getaway trip where we didn't have to plan much, only enjoy coffee and pies downstairs, and evening walks along the water's edge. The teenage boys enjoyed some privacy from parents with a little lounge to themselves. We had no complaints or noise from them. With the rainy weather during our stay, they were happy to be enjoying movies, and going downstairs to by treats. Everything is new and modern, a very luxurious stay, and secure parking for 2 cars was important to us. It felt safe. Some areas of improvement, The common bathroom had a constant off ocean smell. We weren't given access instructions when we picked up the keys, so I was at the wrong gate to carpark. Later discovered the correct gate, as I finally saw the sign to "Basement" which I vaguely remembered, the carpark was Basement level. Once unpacked in the carpark, we didn't know which floor our apartment was on. Don't remember receiving any instruction on this, except there were 2 different lifts in carpark, which confused me alittle more. Luckily the agent is in walking distance, and someone came down to assist promptly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for what we intended the trip to be. Great location with easy private parking. Apartment was clean and spacious, would definitely stay again!

Very centrally located. The exterior is a bit run down but the inside has been renovated and has a modern look. We were a bunch of ladies enjoying a weekend away and this apartment was great for that. Comfortably sleeps 7 and spacious inside too. Was a bit let down with the lack of tissues/toilet paper/handwash soap for 1st night. Expected that it would be available as a minimum for the 1st night as we had come there late with unexpected traffic and hadn't planned to stock up until the next day. We were also given the wrong 2nd set of keys but that got sorted the next day. The sensor tag most often did not work at the front door which was a bit frustrating. But other than those issues, we had a lovely and enjoyable stay...would definitely book for its location, cleanliness and late check out.

Overall stay was amazing, my disabled sister had amazing space to wheel around and enjoy the views from the apartment. Very clean, calming and peaceful. Thank you so much. So worth the price!

The property is beautifully kept and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped if you decide to cook. Alan the host responds quickly to your enquiries. We couldn't be happier with his assistance in re booking our accommodation. We had a great few days and will definitely stay again. The keys you collect from a local real estate that have absolutely no customer service at all.

The apartment was clean and very spacious, with a lovely water view. The location was excellent as everything was at your doorstep. Parking and the lift were an added bonus. Having a 7pm checkout was fantastic as it gave you an extra day to enjoy your time away and it was the deciding factor when choosing a place to stay. Would definitely recommend the property and would be happy to return.

Hi Alan and Megan, We had a extremely pleasant experience staying at your property and it’s really conveniently located. It is modern and has all amenities. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. A few things that would improve the stay will be: - the rangehood was quiet dirty and both bathrooms had a bit of mould. I email the pictures to century 21. - the balcony was quiet dirty too but understand it’s an outdoor area and hard to keep up with. - all air conditioning and bathroom exhaust grills were quiet dirty and the main air conditioning remote did not work. close to everything! Everything is downstairs! Our family had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is tidy and clean, the bed is so comfy! the 7pm check out is really helpful for a Mom, so we could easily pack kids' stuff with no rush. highly recommend choosing this apartment to stay.

Huge apartment and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. Location cant get better (though I didn't realise it was quite a party hub on fri nights). Would come back again.
