The house was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items we needed to cook multiple meals. The house was well maintained and clean. We stayed with another couple and the house worked out perfectly for us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to walk to restaurants and attractions, but is also off of the main streets. Don't miss going to the Crystal Beer Hall just through the back yard. The food there was very good.

Was a amazing experience and made many memories

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location was absolutely perfect to walk to all the things like Forsyths Park or even River street and the shopping district. I would say like a 15-20 min walk could get you anywhere you wanted to be. The house was so big, like surprisingly big. The photos don’t do it justice on how much space you get. Had everything you could think to need for a short weekend and all the beds… even the Murphy bed… were very comfortable. I would totally stay at this house again in the future.

Carly’s Retreat is a spacious and clean apartment. The location is walking distance to the shops and restaurants by the river as well as a shorter walk to the park! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal for our group of 5. Although we did not use it, there is a spacious outdoor patio as well! The Southern Belle team was also very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

The home was the perfect feel for our mother’s 80th birthday. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the back patio was perfect for coffee or happy hour with family. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Carly's Retreat! The property was very clean, organized and well stocked. We made great use of the outdoor patio as my husband likes to smoke cigars. It was an awesome place to land at the end of the day after hours of walking! The location is wonderful! We cooked a lot of our meals so we appreciated the gas grill and the all of the kitchen tools. Two tips - if you plan to grill, check the propane as soon as you get there. Our tank was empty but the property manager was quick to hook us up with a new tank. The other tip - check your supply of paper towels. It was the only issue I had...there was only a partial roll left on the counter and I asked the property management team multiple times for a new roll. Their response was to look under the sink but there was no new roll under there. I ran out the day before we left and I'm not a fan of using the only dish towel to dry my hands on as we were using it to dry some dishes. We made do with a hand towel from the bathroom. Overall, we were very impressed and will be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carly's Retreat. The home is just as shown in pictures, everyone loved it!! Check in was easy and communication was great. The location of the house was perfect. It allowed us to walk to all the squares(parks) we wanted to as well as a short walk down to the river district. We loved looking out the front window down Jones Street. Such a pretty area to walk around and visit. Would definitely recommend to others.

Came to Savannah to check out SCAD with our daughter and 3 friends and enjoyed the beauty of the city with all the azaleas in bloom. Carly’s Place was perfectly located in the Historic district, very walkable to Forsyth Park and it’s surrounding Victorian mansions, brick sidewalks, over-arching Spanish moss-draped oak trees, boutiques and rows of cute 2-3 story houses and green squares with statues. The house was spacious, nicely appointed, and clearly a lot of thought had gone into making it as user-friendly as possible. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms luxurious. The Murphy bed in the sunroom was comfy as well, and sliding doors and window shades allowed for privacy. Kitchen had everything you could want. The little patio in back had a dining table with six chairs and lovely little lights so we enjoyed a few dinners outside. The only thing negative was that you could not open windows, possibly to prevent insects, but concerning in the event of a fire and you were upstairs. Allowing them to open with screens might be considered as an alternative option.

We loved staying here. No car needed. Walkable to everything. Beautiful space. We loved sitting in the sun room in the morning enjoying our coffee and evenings on back patio sipping wine. Highly recommend!!

Carly’s Retreat is our number one go to when visiting Savannah. Great location and just the perfect space for our family of 3-4. Quiet area, but walkable to all the excitement of Savannah. Best view of historic Jones Street from the living room.

Carly's Retreat was the perfect spot for our group of five to stay in Savannah. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed worked out well for the friend who got up early and didn't wish to disturb roommates. Although it did get chilly on the porch a few nights, there were plenty of blankets. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. The two coffee makers (Kuerig & drip) worked well for the group members with different coffee tastes. Washer and dryer was in the kitchen and the dryer was a bit noisy even though it does sit in a cupboard. Plenty of seating in dining room and living room. The only thing that could have been a bit clearer would be to have instructions for what is accepted/not accepted in the recycling. The trash & recycle bins were located outside of the locked patio, not a problem, but was never explained in instructions. Location was extremely convenient (especially to the Crystal Beer Parlor, highly recommend) and we walked everywhere. The river was about 15 minutes away and most attractions and restaurants were 10-15 min also. Overall, everyone loved the house and location. Would definitely book again.

We rented Carly’s retreat for a mother/daughter trip the first week of August. The house was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go (apart from the day trip to Tybee island). We felt very safe, and had a great experience in Savannah! Unfortunately, despite what the pictures show, the only pool we had access to is on Tybee island (50.00 Uber ride). The pool is clean and nice, but very small. Also, there are no beach towels provided. Lastly, the evening we arrived, (after several attempts) the door access code would not work. We called, and had a difficult time getting ahold of someone. After half an hour and several mosquito bites, we finally talked w/ someone and retrieved the keys from the emergency box. Other than these few instances, we loved Savannah, and would recommend Carley’s retreat!

House was beautiful and totally added to the nostalgia of being in the historic district. Kids loved the house and amenities. 15 minute walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go downtown. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip here!

Carly’s Retreat was everything we hoped for and more. Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. This home was in such a wonderful location we walked everywhere. We toured historic homes, ate at fabulous restaurants such as the Olde Pink House, Circa 1875, and Husk. We also enjoyed an escape room, and took a quick boat ride. We shopped until we dropped. What a blast!! Carly’s Retreat we shall return!!

Myself, my husband, and my brother stayed here for a week. We enjoyed this house very much. Everything was super clean. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite spaces were the four season room and the back patio. Such a good location too. We walked everywhere and felt safe in this neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Carley’s Retreat and Southern Belle Rentals to anyone.

Five college friends stayed here for our girlfriend getaway. It was perfect. We had a lovely time. The property was lovely. The neighborhood is gorgeous. Proximity is great. Note to those going to Tybee: If you get an Uber out there, don't expect to find one easily to get back. And cabs out there won't take you back, they only do roundtrips.

This property was amazing. Waking up to the view of Jones Street and enjoying evenings on the private back patio made this location extra amazing. We were close to everything and the Savannah coffee around the corner was a major bonus...plus Crystal Beer Parlor in the backyard- perfection. The place was clean and stayed nice and cool each day as the temps climbed. Our one recommendation would be to put up a full length mirror, even just over a door. The property manager was very responsive and helped send along information I'd forgotten to bring with me about the pool on Tybee. We had such a perfect beach day that we didnt even see the pool. We would stay here again!

We had a great experience. The house was clean, the location was great, the view out the windows at the front of the house is so picturesque. You are looking down Jones street which literally started the phrase “keeping up with Jones’. One of the most beautiful streets ever! I got a text within 12 hours asking if everything was good. It was an amazing place for my third trip to Savannah and I will definitely stay here again.
