We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s beautiful guest house. It’s obvious she took great care in designing and decorating the space. It was perfect! We loved the back deck and enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning. It felt totally private - just an oasis in the city. And Lockeland Springs is our favorite area of Nashville! So many great restaurants and things to do nearby. You’re always only 10 minutes away from anywhere you want to go! Kudos to Alece who was very communicative and shared everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay! Thank you to all!!

Everything was perfect!

Alece was extremely easy to work with, very accommodating. Place has everything you need , great open layout, and nice backyard to relax . By chance we met the owners who were super welcoming.

The property was completely updated and as clean as anyone could hope for. Pictures were perfect with. no exaggeration. The neighborhood was safe. The connection when advice or help was needed was immediate. The upstairs apartment was simply perfect. I will return when in the area. I will use VRBO again. Great way to book a safe and clean stay!

This place was so comfy and cozy! They truly thought of everything. The space was plenty big for the three of us. The location was great for walking and ride sharing. Especially when trying to get to a certain concert at Nissan Stadium. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. No complaints at all! Alece, the property manager, was very quick to respond to my questions. Stay here, you won't regret it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Everything was just as explained and expected . Wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again and would totally recommend ! Do the olive and Sinclair chocolate tour . The shops just down the road on Easton are great and park at Nissan Stadium walk over pedestrian bridge to get to downtown Nashville . So easy!! It was peaceful backyard and very quiet away from the hustle of the city and just really a great experience all around !

We really loved our stay! It was perfect for me and 4 of my girlfriends. Two of us drove from KC and 3 flew in from DFW. The house, pictures and description are what is described and so much cuter in person! For 5 young adults going out on the town 3 nights in a row and having one bathroom - it worked well for us! Couches pulled out as beds and were comfy. Kitchen was nice, we used the wine fridge! The little deck seating was also great. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. They even wrote a special note saying happy birthday to me when we got there since this trip was kind of a pre-birthday week celebration! Will recommend to all my friends who come to Nashville! :) Thanks again!!

This guest suite was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing. From the decor to the modern appliances and amazing smart tv, we couldn't have asked for a better setting. Plus all the Christmas decorations made everything extra festive. It was a great break away for our family of 4. We plan to come back!!

We were in town to visit our son. The property was awesome! The porch was perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen was fully appointed for us to cook a meal. Very convenient to the coffee shop and dining that our son enjoys. We never saw the owners though we were in their back yard. Can't wait to come for our next visit!

This is a charmingly delightful property even nicer than the pictures. The space is well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. The little apartment is spacious and pristinely clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the yard and on the porches between our activities in Music City. Our dogs enjoyed running around the fully fenced in yard. Highly recommend!

Close enough yet far away... This property has you just close enough to be in the mix of downtown but you get to retreat back to your own sanctuary of solemnity. The entrance at nighttime forces a smile on your face if one wasn’t already there. All we needed to pack were ourselves, these fine folks thought of everything. Literally! Close enough to walk to good food, entertainment, and grocery; far enough from the noise to rest easy. Crispy clean, yet cozy. Two thumbs waaaay up! Alece is definitely above board and I am unable to sing the praises enough! See you folks again for sure

This place was perfect for a long weekend trip to Nashville! It was me and my husband which made the size of the place perfect for us. Its just over a 10 minute drive to downtown but far enough away to have a quiet and safe neighborhood to sleep in. It was just a few minute drive to 5 Points to have a more low key/local experience. The property is very updated and clean. The check in and check out process was very smooth and Alece was very responsive! I would definitely stay here again if we have the chance in the future!

We can't say enough great things about this rental. The place was immaculate, well equipped, and the East Nashville location was fantastic. We loved the nearby restaurants and it was easy to get into downtown as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville in the future.

Lovely property. Super clean and very comfortable. We were very pleased with the homes aesthetic, the little touches that made it feel like home and the responsiveness of the property manager. Being in walking distance to Starbucks, Publix and some local shops was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this property.

I have stayed in a few vrbo's before, but this one was probably the nicest and cleanest one I have ever stayed in. East Nashville is great if you aren't a downtown Nashville person. Plenty of dining and entertainment with out the hassle of Broadway. I will be coming back!

Fantastic location in East Nashville. Can't say enough about how perfect this place was - modern decor, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice spacious bathroom/shower, outdoor balconies, and quick communication with the property manager.

Close to downtown and nice house and neighborhood...very safe!
