Hello, we are locals who have stayed in this property before - as always, it was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Our recent stay at this property, nestled in the historic district, was absolutely fantastic. The photos online were completely accurate and up to date. During our visit, we parked our car in the garage and hardly touched it, except for a trip to the grocery store (4 minutes away) and a trip to nearby Tybee Island. We spent our days exploring on foot, with must-see attractions like the Cathedral Basicila of St. John the Baptist and the historic Colonial Park Cemetery just a few blocks away. The cemetery is home to over 9,000 graves, including that of Button Gwinnett, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. The house's proximity to Chippewa Square, where the iconic scene from Forrest Gump was filmed, made for a memorable stroll. We also ventured to Forsyth Park, dined at the Pink House, savored meals at the renowned Clary's Cafe, visited City Market, and strolled down River Street. The accommodation had linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We made good use of the pool amenity, though it would have been convenient to provide pool towels. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay.

It was a nice well maintained home. Easy walk to where you want to go. Once parked, we didn’t need to drive for the 5 days we were there. On street parking was available sometimes for a second vehicle but this home has it’s own 1 car garage. If you have a second vehicle, I suggest the city parking garage on Liberty. It’s about a 1/2 mile away. Our beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the showers. Nice kitchen and accessories there too. Do a bus tour

Stayed there for my mom's 80th birthday. Great location and a beautiful well appointed home. I would stay there again. My only negative is that the elevator is unreliable which makes sense for the age. If you selected this place for the need of the elevator, I suggest you have someone meet you at the property for the first use. Don't just follow the directions posted on the first floor.

Loved the home. It had traditional decor but modern amenities. The proximity to River Street and quiet location were perfect. The elevator was a must as we have a relative with health issues. Will definitely be back.

This property is a stunner in every way! Having a garage at the property, the bathroom with 2 shower heads and the elevator were game changers! It is located a bit farther of a walking distance from the river than we are used to but having a garage made it doable. Beds are very comfy. There is very little noise. We will be talking about this trip for a ling time!

The house was not far from any place in the historic area and was comfortable and so cute. We had a great time staying here!

This place was great! The location was perfect, the check in process, the house….everything was great! I would highly recommend this home and would stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at Habersham house. The pictures do not do it justice. We went for a family vacation at Thanksgiving with boys aged 9 and 12. The house itself is a gorgeous historic home, perfectly appointed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house is walking distance to a bunch of yummy restaurants but it was a bit far for us to walk to the river front. We took an Uber, which was around $6. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to Savannah. The management team was very quick to respond by text to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

Lovely three-bedroom house in the historic district that had everything we needed. Although only one of the bedrooms had a master bath, the other two had their own sinks, which came in very handy for getting ready in the morning. There was even a bonus area upstairs with a pull out couch that could be used to accommodate an overnight guest. Elevator is a rare find and incredibly useful if any members of your party have difficulty with stairs. And the full garage just perfect if you’re thinking about having a rental car. Pictures don’t do this place justice, couldn’t ask for more.

Great Vacation house

This house is so nice. It’s in a great location, beautifully decorated, big enough for my family. It’s just perfect!

It was all just perfect. We stayed 4 nights with family. Property was exactly like the listing depicted and in the photos. All details were meticulously thought through. Being able to communicate with the management team by text beforehand and throughout our stay was super helpful. The email we received prior to our stay detailing everything was just what we needed. Would highly recommend this property!

The house was wonderful. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the location, very walkable. My mom has a bad ankle so we took an Uber occasionally and it was only $7-8 to restaurants near the River Market. Highly recommend.

Two best friends in their 80s along with two best friends in their 50s daughters came for a girls trip and absolutely love the place we stayed in. Your place is so relaxing and in a wonderful spot in Savannah close to restaurants and all the other attractions. The beds are cozy, the sitting area was spacious the kitchen had all we needed and love that we had a garage completely our fault, but we didn’t read the sign about the sweepers on a certain day and we got a ticket when we had one of our cars parked outside. That’s absolutely no fault of the property only mentioning it so others will make sure that they move their car on the day that you’re supposed to move it for the sweepers , we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon. We had a fantastic stay. The house was just as described. It was close to everything that we did. We never got the car out of the garage once we got there. Having a garage was a huge plus!! I would definitely recommend this house.

The house was extremely comfortable for our family group of 4 adults. The space was clean, well stocked and beautiful. The location is great for walking around Savannah and having the garage was an enormous plus, so we didn't need to worry about street parking. The house had tons of storage and all of the rooms were quite large. The property manager reached out via text to cehck on us and was very fast in answering any questions we had. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.

This property was beautiful with all the luxuries of home within walking distance of everywhere you want to be in downtown Savannah. Most walks were 10 minutes or less and that was with a 3 year old. The house had a garage parking spot, which meant we never had trouble finding parking and was great for unloading/reloading. My husband felt the bed was a little soft but otherwise no complaints! We did have prompt response from the management team with a small issue, and they were great. We would definitely stay here again. Also, the property has an elevator, but we did not use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Habersham House. When we had a slight problem with the elevator we called and got assistance within 5 minutes. We notified the property manager of a small inconvenience with the oven and a repairman was on the scene within just a few hours. The entire property was clean and comforatable. Would definitely stay again.

This house is old but solid and renovated. It's well located. We were able to shop til we dropped and walk to Leopold's for ice cream. The convenient parking spot (in the garage) kept the car cool. In short, we loved it. My husband was pleased, my kids were pleased. And most importantly, I was pleased. (Just kidding.) I sat on the little balcony for a while. My kids had room to spread out so there was minimal bickering. I'd definitely return. Thank you.

Perfect way to celebrate our 60th Birthdays! The home and location were perfect in every way!

First time in Savannah and it did not disappoint

We had the best time in Savannah. This property is located within walking distance of pretty much everything. It’s quiet and has that Savannah southern charm. The beds were comfortable. The elevator took some practice to get the hang of. It would stick on the second floor sometimes even though we followed the instructions. Some of the interior door handles would get stuck too and we wouldn’t be able to use them. We drove by the pool on Tybee Island the Sunday we got in and it was packed, but we came more to explore the city so we didn’t utilize that. All in all, it’s the perfect stay if your looking for a quiet, centrally located property.

Thank you for hosting us, we enjoyed our stay in Savannah and the location of the property greatly helped to our overall experience. The beautiful historic house was nice and clean and ready for our stay.

Perfect location. Beautifully appointed and welcoming. Very comfortable for all of us, especially my older parents who were ever so grateful for the elevator.
