I live in MA and my family visited from TX for Thanksgiving. We stayed in this home for the holiday. It’s impeccable. The kitchen is incredible and well stocked. Beautiful beach and overall scenery. I look forward to staying here again.

This was an absolutely wonderful property! Not a single thing was broken (as is often the case in other rentals). Everything was spotless clean. Everything looks exactly like it does in the pictures, but was even more amazing in person. Beautifully decorated and spacious. There’s a wonderful mile and a half walk from house to Nubble lighthouse along water the whole way. It was soooo quiet, we all slept beautifully even though the houses are close together (although we went off-season.) kitchen fully stocked with every single thing we could need. We already booked for next year!! Host was very responsive and kind. Highly, highly recommend!!

This property was amazing in every way. Very Clean, beautiful decor, and great location. The layout of the home is perfect for a gathering.

We celebrated a special birthday with our adult children and three little grandchildren. The house was spacious and decor lovely; everything was fresh and new. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. Lila was very accommodating and easy to work with. We’d highly recommend this house!

Our week was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out and enjoy. Access to the beach was great. We would love to visit again.

Family time in this amazing beach house was perfect! The house and location couldn’t have been any better, we didn’t even want to leave to go out for dinner, we cooked in because the kitchen and the view couldn’t beat it! Lilia was great! This home is amazing and the location is directly across the street from the beach. It is immaculate, spacious and tastefully decorated - the best. There were 5 women celebrating a 70th birthday. We all had our own room and one room has 3 beds in it. Look no further if you want to stay in this area - it was perfect in every way.

This house is perfect for our group of 10. The location is great the house is clean and has everything you need to cook in and lounge around. Quality mattresses and pillows. The host is easy to communicate with. Love the place we will return.

My friends and I get together annually to stay in touch since we are all over the country now. It was the perfect location to relax, explore the town, have peaceful mornings, and spend nights cooking in. The house was the perfect size for 12 of us with the right number of bathrooms and spaces for us to all hang out but not feel crammed. We loved our weekend adventure in York and would love to back again one day.

The owners provided things that they didn’t need to. It was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

6 friends, looking for a relaxing weekend with a view for cooking in, playing games, attempting puzzles. We are a boring crowd!! We all fell in love with this home. The furnishings were tops and we did not want for anything. Lila was beyond generous with what she provided for our stay. We had a question regarding a breaker switch and she answered immediately. She was beyond reasonable when we asked about wiggle room for check-in/out times during the off season. We all want to live there but will settle on renting again for another weekend next year.

Stayed here to celebrate my moms 60th with family -what a great house to get to spend time together! Well-stocked, beautiful ocean views, and not far from delicious cuisine or shopping! Will definitely book again!

We were in town for a family wedding. Had the best time and this property made it even better. House had everything we needed, was perfectly located. Would definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Lila is an amazing host and it shows in all th le details of this perfect house.

Lila's house was perfect, extremely clean and very accommodating for my family and I. It was just a minute walk to the beach.

From questions with Owner to checkin to checkout-smooth sailing. House is gorgeous and so very clean. We have enjoyed our time second year in a row and intend a future stay for sure.

We all enjoyed our time together in this home. The property is beautiful and well stocked. The only correction in the description of the property would be there is a coffee pot not a Keurig. The house was clean and the location is perfect.

This house is stunningly beautiful!! The furnishings and décor are top notch. This house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The master bedroom with the view and the sound of the waves was the BEST!! We did not want to leave. My husband and I spent quality time with our 3 adult sons and their significant others and our granddaughter. We all loved the house and the proximity to the beach. This house is so spacious that we all had plenty or room to call our own but had the open floor plan to hang out as a family playing games and making puzzles. Location was perfect - Long Sands right across the street. My husband, who is not a huge beach fan, was in his glory just sitting on the deck watching the waves. Lila was super easy to work with and the entire experience surpassed all of our expectations!! Thank you Lila for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and make more family memories at my favorite place - York Beach!!

The pictures of this house don't do it justice! It's absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and it has a wonderful view of Long Sands Beach. It was perfect spot for us, our four children, their spouses and two grandsons. Everyone loved it and can't wait to go back!
